For the second time in a row, did not arrive within the time slot promised which created significant problems having to arrange for the dog and husbands hours. Never called to confirm or acknowledge they would be late. Very disappointing. The one time they did clean, they charged more than expected, although they did call to say they needed 45 more minutes.
