I ordered a pair of jeans here and I received them damaged! I have contacted AE and they just keep saying they will send up to replacement to see if I can get a replacement pair and I never hear back! If you have a damaged pair of jeans and can’t get anyone to answer, I’d find a new place to shop. They have lost me as a customer and I buy at least 6 pairs a month! I’m sad about not having them as a store of my preference but I’m tired of being fucked!
