AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a package on 6/25, and realized immediately I had the wrong shipping address. We called, but because it was 2-day shipping, we couldn’t edit the package 10 minutes awful the order was placed. Fine. A nice CS employee told us that if the package is delivered to the wrong address and marked as delivered, we could get a new package sent to us. Since that shows that the new resident didn’t reject the package. She told us we could even skip the 72 hour hold. She gave us a reference number so we’d have no issue when we called back. WELL WE HAD ISSUES. Apparently what we were told was untrue. We would have to wait 3 business days to get the order ‘looked at’. Then we could get a refund or a new order. The refund would be another 7 business days. I’ve been a loyal AE customer for YEARS and have spent hundreds of dollars, so being treated this way is absolutely ridiculous.
