I've used the email and chat options and spent an hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer. I get we have a delay but this is ridiculous - It's been 5 weeks since the return package was received and still no return. AE this is frustrating. I'm literally sitting here listening to your automated voice say "please hold and a representative will be with you shortly" LMAO!!!!!!
