Cant seem to get my coupon emailed to me for my free pair of jeans. After calling customer service for the past 6 months there is always an issue sending me the email. It's OK if you don't want to give me the 1 free pair of jeans that i accumulated over the years with my points. Jeesh... Just tell me it was a scam and I'll move on..
