I have previously used Aliexpress without any problems. But recently ordered a phone from X-show on the Aliexpress platform. When delivery finally arrived after more than 4 months I only received an empty box, no phone. X-show were terrible, refused to deal with my issue. I went through the dispute process and even though I had photos and witness my dispute was declined. The dispute process is a joke. Be wary of Aliexpress and avoid X-show, scanners.
