Be aware this is a scamming platform - after you have paid for something the delivery date changes to weeks...months after....if it ever arrives. No live customer service. Mostly sent from China so if you do get what you ordered be prepared to wait many many weeks and if you do receive it you're lucky!!!

The advertise one shipping CO. and say delivery in 1-5 days. then after purchase they use a slower shipping CO. and when you ask they say the other way is too expensive but never change the advertisement. Ali express tells you AFTER you purchase it will take an unreasonable amount of time just to ship. Don't get me going on the package hold-up so aliexpress can combine to save them the cash and call it an "up grade." F.Y.

I have purchased a cosmetic machine worth 585 Euros off AliExpress Miruoou Store In October. I was not receiving the product so I got nervous and checked the tracking number status. It showed that it arrived to customs. As nobody contacted me I contacted FedEx trying to see if anything was needed from my end. They said they called me earlier. I didn't receive any calls from them, but there is always a lot of telephone spamming, so one of the calls where they call you and then when they are not saying anything for a while could be from them and mistaken for spam. But I have received other goods that got stuck in customs before and FedEx would usually contact me by email. I haven received any emails from FedEx at all! I offered FedEx customer service to go through the process there and then. But they refused, saying that they will take my contact number and email and will contact me later. I waited for one day and called again. This time FedEx customer service agent said that last time, when I gave them my email adress it was noted wrong. So she corrected the error and asked me to wait until their staff contacts me again. I waited one more day without any attempt of contact with me. I called them again following day just to be informed that they have already returned the package to the seller. I already was fearing that Ali express seller might try make it difficult for me to get reimbursed, so I asked FedEx for supporting documentation around this tracking number displaying all of my contact attempts in order to demonstrate my good will and efforts trying to process customs formalities. They refused to take any complaint or provide any documentation over the phone and asked me to write an email to their customer service. FedEx then responded to my email saying that I was uncontactable and when I contacted them it was only to give them a wrong email. No further documentation to forward to aliexpress detailing what really happened! I responded asking them confirm the full story around this tracking number documented by them as every call is recorded, and not some excuses for their poor service provided that will serve absolutely nothing in my dispute on Aliexpress platform for the return of my 584€ of damages caused here. My further emails to FedEx were completely ignored by their customer service team. So, unable to wait any more I decided to open a dispute on AliExpress platform against Miruoou store showing them my complaint to FedEx, attaching my mail messages history demonstrating receiving no mails from FedEx at all, which could indicate that seller may have not even included my email adress as a part of the shipping bill which could cause this misunderstanding. Today I received AliExpress preliminary resolution of this aliexpress dispute stating that my allegations are invalid unless I could prove that seller had made a mistake by showing them the import documentation!? I mean, did anyone even read what the dispute was about??? The whole point of it was that Nobody contacted me! No-one sent me ANY import documentation! I had to call FedEx 3 times only to learn the 3rd time that the item was sent back! FedEx is playing dead pretending this never happened! And AliExpress here is protecting this criminals that probably even didn't put my email on the shipping bill on purpose as they knew this could cause a problem and make it so that the seller will get back the product and receive 584 € of money extorted out of the customer! And AliExpress gets to keep the commission! So this way AliExpress has the interest to protect the criminals! The seller probably keeps using FedEx as they are probably consistently horrible in getting their parcels through the customs! I'm completely shocked and disgusted that this can actually happen in civilised society where we have so many laws to protect our transactions. Organisations like this, that are based outside of our countries get to scam our sitizens with the help of FedEx without any protection of or customer rights and stay unpunished!

SCAM! They approve your refund claim to return items that don’t meet their description. You send the item back. They keep the item AND stour money. AVOID!

absolutely sucks. They tell you after purchase the seller needs an unreasonable time to ship and being the red communist they are alexpress is in charge and over all shipping and will delay actual shipping date up to two weeks to consolidate items from different sellers to net aliexpress the saving.

Deceitful pics when ordering wigs. Never get what you order. Then they make you leave a 5 star review to get partial refund because shipping back to China is gonna cost you more anyway. Took over a month to get here so imagine shipping there. Crooks! Aliexpress protects sellers, nor buyers. Some sucker is going to see all the 5 stars and buy, like I did. So not impressed!

This site has their own rules, can't always be trusted. ''Shop5883987 Store'' is a POSITIVE CROOK SITE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you have an issue you have to pick from a list, which if it does not have your complaint listed you are SOL ! And good luck trying to talk to a representitive, and if they know what you are talking about, they will also LIE to you and aliexpress will do nothing. If you have a complaint you HAVE to send a picture in to prove your complaint, good luck taking a picture of a product that does not work. They love to use a robot for you to talk to about your complaint, good luck with that.

I placed an order for 2 pair of sneakers from Datong shoe store from Aliexpress for $45.53. My order number is : 8140466535202714. Seller sent me wrong shoe models. I open a dispute with Aliexpress and sending in 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are original pictures the seller posted in his listing. The 3rd picture depict the shoes I received. I ordered shoe from picture A and seller sent me shoe from pictures B. Aliexpress admits seller did send me wrong shoe style then they add because the shoe color are right (?) I will only entitle a partial refund of $9.11. A $9.11 refunded for $45.53 two pair of wrong shoes models? Aliexpress dispute team must be a very sick people. Aliexpress buyer protection is also a very sick scheme. Aliexpress dispute team also said If I want a full refund I have to ship the shoes back to China. Aliexpress is very sick place: they protect their sellers not buyers, and Aliexpress dispute team are a bunch of sick crooks who try to rip off buyers no matter what happens. I'm looking to appeal this case on other venues such as Aliexpress on BBB, Aliexpress on Facebook, Alibaba on BBB, Alibaba on Facebook, Washington buyer protection agency and on other venues such as complaintsboard.com, trustpilot.com, aliexpress.pissedconsumer.com, sitejabber.com, resellerratings.com, ripoffreport.com etc.. I like everybody to knows Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam and aliexpress dispute team are a bunch of sick trained crooks who try to rip off buyers no matter what happens

Hair is very short you have to order 20 inches if you want a 12 inch look.. do not order from this company!!!

no customer support - no more direct contact! - just boots solving a problem takes ages, if ever gets solved!. I have an issue with a dispute and I am trying now for couple of days to solve it. Their agents are no longer available for live chat and you have to wait 24h to receive a few lines on email - that usually do not solve your issue. a nightmare. i will probably loose my money with them stay away!

typically aids scammers into getting money from buys and they dont do returns typically unless you want to pay for it back to china, better to buy from somewhere who looks out for their customers

Aliexpress closed my order and I still didn't get my refund (40 days)!!!! I can't contact anywhere with normal human, only this dump chat bot which don't provide any answers. It's like SCAM
