I had ordered a watch and made the payment for it, then the company said that the watch is not available and will return your money, till now the money has not been returned, neither any message has come, nor any call has come from Ali Express, meaning these people are not worried, they just know how to take the money, even one star is not recommended.

I used to buy fron Aliexpress years back without any issues. In December I purchased something that I never received and the tracking got freeze since Jan 14, 2025. I'm guessing it was due to the Canada Post strike. I openened a dispute, which the seller asked to do for the appropriate course of action. It's been over 3 months and all I get every time I attempted to contact them is their bots talking giving me the exact same answer. It's extremely frustrating. I don't think I'd buy from them anymore.

Ordered on March 2nd. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Says it's at local facility as of the 13th. They had no problem taking my money though!

Instead of receiving a 300 pound generator, I received a small empty box. Now I'm attempting to get my money back.

The seller did not refund my shipping fee as promised by Ali express and Ali express did not help me get back my money after reporting the issue. I lost £25 to the seller.

They sent me the wrong item (I ordered a 1 gallon plastic container and they sent me a one pint one). I reached out to them couple times (with picture of item and receipt) but they never responded

I purchased a product and after months still have not received my order. When I checked it looked like someone changed delivery to self pick up and it was not me. I was told to get an official document from post office which I sent to them. Still haven’t received my refund.

Absolutely terrible customer service, no resolution to mistakes made by shipping . My order was sent to an address not on my account , nothing was done to correct issue . Buyer beware do not buy anything from this company

They don't care about customers. You have to provide videos and photos if the product you order didn't work out. The shipping and return process if they decide to give you a return takes a long time. It's not worth it.

I would not buy anything through AliExpress. They are committing theft! The vendor "lost" a $2300 order that I placed back on 8/17/24. I am still battling with them and PayPal trying to get my money back even after the sub-vendor admitted fault. I never had this experience before, and I buy a lot online. I will be on a mission to let everyone know how poor is AliExpress until they rightfully refund my money. As of 3/7/25, this still remains unresolved by Ali Express. I have not received my refund for a product I did not receive through no fault of my own (no cancellation from me, etc.). I will update my review if I receive my money back.

I received a damaged panel heater. Aliexpress claims that I received a refund, which I did not receive, which is visible in the transaction folder "issue refund". For over a month I can not do anything. Neither return the damaged heater to receive a new one nor receive a refund.

They shipped a small plastic bag to me containing nothing of value instead of the large product that I had purchased. When I complained and sent them a photo of the small plastic bag that was left in front of my house as the proof of delivery, Aliexpress ignored me for a week, and then said that I had no proof for my claim. I will not buy anything on Aliexpress anymore.
