Last year 2022 I bought an electric large pancake frying pan, 1.8L electric cooking pot and a dough rolling mat. All arrived in perfect condition. Very happy. Beginning of this year I place order again 3 electric appliances and 8 kitchen gadgets. Still waiting to arrive. After read so many bad reviews, really made me worry that I spent over NZ$500+ this time. Will give reviews again when my orders arrive or not. Really worry now after read the reviews 😕 🙄

I buy for resale and have done over 100 orders with AE sellers, some quite large, over the last several years. You must be careful with new sellers and read customer reviews carefully. There are scammers but I have had no serious trouble. Every order has arrived eventually. All are packed well. A few lemons but most all good. It's a valuable resource for me.

I have had a bad taste in my mouth for a while. over what AliExpress did to me with the battery operated chainsaw I bought. when I got a section of chain on some rope. AliExpress did not step in to help. BUT i need this control board for my printer. a store on AliExpress was the only place I could find it. Wouldn't I got a broken board a clip cracked off of it. The Seller kelp calling me friend like we had been swapping wallpaper idea's and showing me one he had to looked okay. But mine was still broke and I was getting no where with the seller. I opened a dispute with AliExpress ( thinking I am wasting my time) 12 hours later an email says to except the decision for the refund. wait I am confused. was it really that easy just showed them the picture my wife took when the parts fell out of the bag and tell them what the seller said. 4 hours later my PayPal pings the money is there waiting to go to my account. Thank you AliExpress. I have the duplicator 6 control board on order from a different company. Because the 2 places on Ali are the same person. Brother checked them out. I will shop more on AliExpress because you backed up you words. Keep up and I will put up ✨✨✨✨✨ it took 18 days to get here but AliExpress was close to sending my money back when the sell finely sent it.

“I ordered from 3 different sellers and they all had bad customer service. Customer service phone number +1 8O5 6O8 54O6 Customer service phone number +1 8O5 6O8 54O6 There was a price written and a ''new customer'' coupon but when I ended up checking out to pay, the coupon wasn't even applied and just disappeared. I had to pay more than what they initially offered...They didn't even respond to me and just ignored my messages or put me on ''seen''. In conclusion, my problems were not solved. I am now waiting for my packages and hope that they won't scam

I ordered 5 different items from 3 sellers, only had problems with one item and Aliexpress stepped in and I had my money back in a weeks time. There are bad sellers on all platforms, but Aliexpress is always on your side, so don´t worry!

I have used them a number of times great for clothes, jewellery, makeup. If something g9they refund not had a problem. Delay due to Covid pandemic to be expected.

Obviously when you place an order from aliexpress you shouldn't always expect premium quality items but i'm always happy to receive my orders as its exactly what i paid for

I general things are as order. However this spring 2020 shipping been 90 days on average to u.s ..more than a few have never left Chinese airports .think it a combination of Chinese holiday that shut everything down for a month and the virus. If alliexpress would have told people before they ordered about the holiday maybe things would be better off.but I will keep ordering when u have kids that out grow there clothes every 8 weeks

I have ordered some basic items (chargers, stickers, earrings) from AliExpress. The price-quality correlation is generally good. However, I hate the fact that I never know when the parcel is to arrive. I think it's also really sweet when the seller adds some extra items as a gift, although it might be causing even more overconsuming.

It sucks a lot of people on here have had such a bad experience with AliExpress, mine personally has been more positive than negative. I have found many items that are of great quality for a reasonably low price, things that would have cost my twice as much here at home. Most sellers are nice and try to work with you when you have questions or a problem. Now there is a dark side to this marketplace as well: the help bot needs a lot of work, customer service via the chat are completely useless and read from a script, and sellers posting false presumptions about their products as well as using fake tracking numbers to meet processing times needs to be addressed by AliExpress and managed a lot better. Overall tho if you read reviews and choose store with higher ratings, the majority of the time things go smoothly, albeit over the course of 2-4 months but you can't blame AliExpress for the coronavirus

The sweater my daughter received wasn't that bad. The quality is decent for the price. The print on the sweater has stayed on and kept it's color after 2 washes, so not bad at all. We received the order 2 and a half weeks. It might have been delayed by the virus going around which is understandable. My daughter loves her new sweater.

When you order from Aliexpress, you have to be willing to wait a long time to receive your packages. I mostly order cheap items, under $5. For the free shipping option, I think the seller has up to 60 days to get your item to you. In reality, they arrive in about 20-30 days. Open your order page. Every order that is awaiting delivery, will have light gray text that tells you how many days you have left before your order "closes". Up until that order deadline, you have some buyer protection. If it is getting close to the order "close" date, and you don't have your item yet, open a dispute before the time expires. I opened my dispute one week before the time expired. If you wait until after the time expires, you cannot open a dispute. You lose all your rights. As for getting items faster, my policy is this: If the company offers FedEx or DHL on a regular basis, then there will be a link on their webpage where you select this option, and you will have the fee added at the time of checkout. I feel secure that they will ship in this manner, only if the link is on their webpage. My experience is, if they don't have an automatic link for shipping options, then do not feel secure that they will ship FedEx or DHL. I do not feel comfortable about any personal, one time only, arrangement made during messages. If they don't have the website link set up, then it is not something they do all the time. There may be a language barrier wherefore they don't understand what you are asking for. The translation software is horrible. This is another reason I don't depend on messaging to get special arrangements made. I have placed several orders in last year. My orders contained dozens of different vendors. Last Fall, I ordered about 2 dozen items, averaging $8 per item. I received all but two of my items. One vendor offered to send a refund. I accepted this. I opened a dispute on the second item, one week before the buyer protection expired on my order. Aliexpress said they would send me a refund. I don't know if I actually got those refunds, because my husband threw out my credit card statements. I've asked him to give them to me in the future. It would cost more in fees, for me to ask my bank for duplicate statements, than the items were worth. So I decided to just let it go and learn from my experience. I am now at the end of my second large order. I ordered approximately 50 items from 40 vendors, averaging $2 per item. In two of those orders, the seller sent the wrong item, but they sent something else of equal value. One of the substitutions I liked, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, with an explanation. The other wrong item I didn't like. So I only gave it 2 stars instead of 5 with an explanation. For a $2 item, it wasn't worth a dispute. I would have had to return the item. I can't be bothered for $2. But the sellers HATE negative feedback. So I felt that giving 2 stars would hurt their business enough, that they would be a lot more careful in the future to send the correct item. There is one more item that I did not receive yet, and the time that my order "closes" was approaching. For some reason the order shipment got canceled. I messaged the seller. I asked why the shipment got canceled. I asked him to EXTEND my buyer protection time. He responded. He extended my buyer protection time by another 45 days or so. He asked me if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted it. I said I do still want it, and I told him to please ship it. I am waiting for it. If I get it, I will give 5 stars because he responded to my requests. If I don't get it one week before the close date, then I will open a dispute and leave negative feedback. But I think I can trust this seller to resend it. Most of my purchases have been wonderful, as long as I don't expect too much, don't risk too much with high priced items, and watch the closing dates, to make sure I can open disputes before the closing dates, if I need to. All the items I've received were exactly like the pictures (except for the 2 where the seller sent the wrong item of equal value.) I examine the pictures closely. I read the details closely. I convert from metric to English units, so I know exactly what size I am getting. I buy clothing based on the measurements in centimeters (and I convert to inches). I do NOT buy clothing based on letter size. Chinese S,M.L,XL....XXXXXL is different from American S,M,L,...XXXL etc. When buying shoes, I got the charts to convert Chinese shoe measurements to US shoe measurements, in both width and length. When I conduct business carefully like this, I get good results. Good luck!

I had ordered quite a couple of items. From plastic hooks. But mainly beauty gargets from Beauty Touch. A good seller, item well wrap and get good discount from time to time. However, waiting time is long. It take 2 weeks to 1 month. Overall, happy if my purchase so far.

I have been ordering from aliexpress donde 2016 and I've only not had one 2 items not arriving. They were less than a buck so I didnt bother to open a dispute. My tips for buying on there is 1. Do not buy expensive stuff. 2. ONLY buy from sellers with rating over 97% and lots of followers as well as orders 3.always check reviews especially the 1 star ones. And again, dont buy things worth more than 25 bucks imo. Most I've spent on there was 13 bucks for a nail lamp. It arrived but the plug kinda sucked, seller sent me another one tho so dont buy electronics is another advise.

AliExpress has supplied all of the products for my online bow business. My advice is to look at reviews of the products and pictures that actual people post in the reviews of the products. There are times where I can get a product for super cheap so I will bite the bullet and buy it to see the quality myself. I use to use them for drop shipping, but the shipping time for customers was too long. Sometimes they would have the item in 8 or 9 days and other times they would have it in 3-4 weeks. I couldn't guarantee delivery times so I keep inventory now. Like with other companies that ship their stuff from china, shipping times take awhile and look at the product reviews. I have only had an issue with kids clothing, it tends to either be fat and wide or really thin material. I would recommend AliExpress if you can wait on their shipping!
