I am heartily sick of my profile being wrongly shown as USA and US$. Corrections do not save and the cycle continues. There is no way I can communicate this through the website. All queries are channeled into the common problems that people face. I have used AliExpress for nearly 10 years and found the products and service to be excellent. The search facility is probably complicated by translation issues but it is a chore to locate items to purchase.

I started with Ali about 10 months ago. Most of my items have been decent quality. I realized that for women's clothing, you need to size up. Sometimes, 2 sizes. Sometimes, the quality you receive is not like the photo. Some are great finds. And come out better than you would think Regarding my issues 1. Wrong size 3 items were relatively cheap and I gave them away to charity. 2. A clothing item was not made according to the size chart there was a refund given and I used that to tsilor the item. 3. One items was not at all like the photo and the seller denied all my complaints and said ship it back. Catch there is no free return shipping and can cost like $40 to return which obviously is more expensive than the item. Another one not like then photo was a 50% refund. The item was very poor so I had to throw it away and could not donate, another reveived a full rrfund . 4. Some items were really mediocre, but I was able to make it work. In all of all my purchases, isdues about 8% either got a refund, partial refund or went straight into the garbage.

Their return policy is the worst,beware,their products look enticing but they charge shipping as much as the product price and just a few has good quality ,the rest is just a waste of your money and they will also charge you twice for some items,so pls be very careful,you might as well really buy from Amazon ,if ppl really want to buy some items fr this online site,they can just spend maybe the most $20,it's a trial n error but me I spent nearly $300 and hasn't gotten all the items I ordered.This is a ripped off.So pls ppl BEWARE!!!

November 28 2022, order #8158771407036052. I bought this item by mistake, and CANCELED it after a few minutes. Seller ignored all my messages and sent me the 2nd item ASAP. So, I paid twice for the same order. I wanted to return it and asked to send me Return Label. Recently I had heart operation and I'm not allowed to use any electrical devices- massagers because it is dangerous to me due my Medical Cardio Stimulator/heart pace maker that stimulating my heart muscle. I still have not opened parcel. I did not used or tried item which I bought and did not ordered. I sent messages to seller & Customer Service. I got link from them "500 Internal Server Error." It is NO BUYER SUPPORT. I can not communicate with Seller and Customer Service web site. It is difficult to find any help. Seller want me to check Operating Error in item, make video of it and provide like evidence. Why I should do it if I bought item by MISTAKE, DID NOT ORDERED & still have NOT OPENED PARCEL? Now What I have to do with 2 useless items? Connect & communicate with Customer Service website IS NOT POSSIBLE. They want only money from you not giving support.

Do NOT ORDER ON ALIEXPRESS EVER The Best place to do business is on Https://www.Alibaba.Com/ Then look for manufacturers that have been VERIFIED AND have been in business for over 5 years minimum. Remember they MUST BE VERIFIED. Also this is Alibaba’s Wholesale Direct Site. Most of the Vendors on ALIEXPRESS buy their goods from this site. Not everyone will qualify but if you buy in quantity and or you need samples this is the site to go with. Also when you deal with a Verified Manufacturer do not pay with MONEY ORDER, Western Union etc these are the SCAMMERS!!!!! Any company that asks you to pay like this is positively a SCAM. Instead pay with a credit card so you have back up with your money. Also make sure you register with Alibaba so they are aware of the transaction before it ships. Get your tracking number prior to shipping to make sure that number is in fact registered to the account and name of the company you are dealing with. If they are an honest and forthcoming company they will provide you with as much information as you need in order to make sure you feel comfortable purchasing with them. If your gut feeling is that they are avoiding giving you that then go somewhere else immediately. There are plenty of other companies that sell the same items that are more than happy to provide you with all of the details you require. I have been a purchasing agent on Alibaba for over 25 years and I have never had any problems. I highly recommend this site. Good luck and God Bless.

I've been using them for years, mostly successfully. However, as soon as I had a problem with a delivery address, the system failed. Aliexpress´s own customer service, not the sellers, is VERY POOR. I´m very disappointed.

IMPORTANT: this is for the site itself..not the sellers....Not able to get anyone from customer service. The refund system they have is TERRIBLE and while they will let you know when a package is shipped, that is where it ends. IF there is a problem with the shipping (as was the case for me), it is up to you to check on their site if it was returned. If you do not check, you will not know. And then if you still want said returned package, it is not simply a matter of resending. You need to cancell the order, and then reorder the item... VERY COMPLICATED SITE AND ORDERING SYSTEM

The two biggest things wrong are their descriptions and the quality of the merchandise. The descriptions are more times than not exaggerated false, and the quality is as a rule subpar. Much of Amazon's products are made in China BUT under the supervision of Western countries. What you get on AliExpress are the leftovers.

Deceitful pics when ordering wigs. Never get what you order. Then they make you leave a 5 star review to get partial refund because shipping back to China is gonna cost you more anyway. Took over a month to get here so imagine shipping there. Crooks! Aliexpress protects sellers, nor buyers. Some sucker is going to see all the 5 stars and buy, like I did. So not impressed!

BE CAREFUL! Motorcycle face visor for a Shoei J-cruse II helmet does not have pins for Pinlock Mounting. Canceled first order after waiting a month, for no apparent reason. Second rate products and shady business practices.

Aliexpress.com is engaging in false advertising of price and free shipping. Being signed in (and thus AE knows I am from the USA), and then shopping for an item (for instance. bicycle brake pads) and choosing free shipping in the search page, and also (in the drop-down menu) China as the shipping source, then the search page will show multitudes of items from as low as 0.09 with free shipping. However, when you go to the actual product page then there simply is no way for me to buy the product at that price with free shipping. If I choose the United States as the shipping source (and to the United States), then the shipping is almost $6 for an items under $3.00, while if I choose China as the shipping source then the price of the item jumps dramatically, like about 200% This is deceptive and contrary how other retailers like Ebay list items, and with the latter being cheaper on like items I am looking for. And Aliexpress customer service makes actual contact difficult, and with no phone. connection. And thus I have stopped buying from them until this is fixed. I do appreciate some good purchases in the past though. Grace and peace thru Jesus the Lord.

For the first time I've tried ordering a headset with a mic from aliexpress. The product came, i received it but the sound is crackling. seller didn't respond until I started a dispute. I've submitted a video as ALI REQUESTED - tried to let them hear the crackling in the video (and you can hear it but its not as loud as when you were the headset... anyways this type of scam is sad. Sure I've wasted 20$ on headset that "lights up" but the sound is cearly damaged so buyer beware.

Totally disappointed. Ordered something and paid premium shipping about 23$ (standard shipping was free). The premium was 7-15 day delivery. i didn't received in time and when asked aliexpress support that said to wait 58 day more like the standard shipping timeframe.

I've had a few good experiences and received quality products for a great price. However, 50% of the time the opposite has been true. Months to receive products, no refund when wrong products were sent (often), only partial refunds when NO product was sent, and receipt of Knock-Off products (poor imitations) of what was pictured. Customer service is the WORST possible.

An immature, poorly designed and poorly executed service from start to finish. A cheap copy/knock-off of a professional website. I've ordered several items off them but the experience is tiresome and annoying. Their website and service is immature, misleading to use, confusing and operates poorly. Once ordered the process deteriorates. Deliveries appear to be haphazard and random. The tracking process is next to useless and as for trying to find out where something is, when it will arrive or can it be cancelled - don't bother.

Vendor merchandize was not accurate - Aliexpress did not try to resolve issue. I am finding that merchandize on this website is inferior and has incorrect sizing to match equavalent U.S. sizes. Beware

They are crooks. I ordered 2 GPU`s from a supplier and the products have not been shipped . The supplier gave me a tracking number for a package sent to Spain and I am from Romania. I asked Aliexpress to return my money and first time they approved my full refund. After a month they changed from full refund to partial refund and took $ 70 out of a total of $ 340.

I have been shopping on AliExpress for years as there are lots of bargain buys from clothing to cell phone accessories. However, If you are buying something over 100 dollars, please be cautious. The buyer protection policy is a joke. I bought a cell phone on AliExpress and paid extra to have the item shipped from US. But after receiving a dead phone and uploaded several videos to demonstrate it non-working, AliExpress mediation decreed that I need to ship it to China for refund. Months after I paid almost $30 to send the phone back, the buyer did not acknowledge the receipt (USPS tracking not available within China) and AliExpress did not refund me despite their promise to refund as long as I show evidence of shipping.
