Failed delivery. Supplier tells me I have to take it up with Aliexpress. Aliexpress tell me I need evidence from the delivery company. Delivery company is impossible to contact - no phone number and the online form submission doesn't work. Every day I tell the customer service representatives this, complete with evidence of me trying to contact the delivery company. Then (a few hours later) I receive an email saying my disputed is rejected and to contact the delivery company. Been around this circle 30 times now and not getting anywhere with it. Very very frustrating. I didn't organise the shipping, I didn't pick a delivery company that's impossible to contact, but somehow it's all my fault and I have to cop the cost. The bots/people who send these emails are as contactable as the delivery company is - ie. NOT!

After my withdrawal request was denied, I couldn’t access my trading account. I felt frustrated and anxious, afraid I might lose my investment. Sadly, I know many others face similar issues, which can seriously damage trust in trading platforms. Thankfully, Mrs. Mercy and her team stepped in and guided me through the process. Used to be good, when I didn't need to contact customer service or the customer service live chat team was able to things to help me. Live chat used to be able to do something and would do the best for the customers. Now everything needs to be escalated to the senior team who refuse to do anything for customers.

They claim to have sent item, yet there is nobody to confirm this. You cant contact anybody and they said it had been delivered to Australia, yet Australia post cant find it. Never use these people, they cant be trusted.

When I put in my credit card information and it asks for a photo to upload for "certify", then I submit it, it declines. Spent lots of time just try to go through the payment. Never had experience like this before

Aliexpress partners with HFD Israel to ship the packages to Israel. HFD is giving a very bad service, long delays, lost packages, distant collection points, no response to customer complaints! Aliexpress - please stop working with HFD!!!

I have an item stuck in customs, it is way past the delivery date. I was refused a refund and didn't get a delayed delivery coupon. They are also advertising 2 different prices for the same item.

Scammed by AliExpress – Terrible Customer Service and Fraudulent Practices I’ve been using AliExpress for a couple of years without major issues—until recently. I ordered three cat brooches, but instead, I received a ring. I contacted customer service and submitted a return request. I tried every available return reason: “No longer needed” – Rejected “Missing parts” – Rejected “The description is misleading” – Rejected Each time, I submitted all required documents: photos, videos, seller communication, tracking info, and even official documentation from the logistics company. Each time, I was told it was insufficient. The customer service chat was completely unhelpful and repeatedly misled me. Even though the purchase was under Choice Policy, I was told I’d be charged $10 per return label—but the label never generated. Now I’m being pushed to return the wrong item to Hong Kong at my own expense ($30), for a $10 purchase. This is a scam. It’s fraudulent, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. AliExpress places the entire burden of proof on the customer, only to reject claims and wear you down until you give up. It leaves you feeling scammed, frustrated, and frankly, insulted. I highly do NOT recommend AliExpress. After this experience, I will never buy anything from them again.

My 12-year old son ordered pants and shorts from AliExpress. 3 pants and 1 short were way too big and there is no possibility to return the items. Only two sellers out of 4 replied to my refund requests telling me to send back the items to China. It would cost more than the price of the items! There is no return labels with the deliveries. Fortunately, there are two items that fit. I also contacted AliExpress customer service about these issues and they couldn't help. Also, the quality of the clothes was disappointing. In conclusion, it is a waste of money. It was our first and last experience with AliExpress. They don't care about customer service and satisfaction. We have higher standards in North America and are not used to this way of doing business.

Never received product. Then I was told that the tracking number that was attached to my order was was for a different address and even a different name period and they don't know what happened to my order! I was given a refund but not a total refund! Gave them a second try. And I am still waiting for my product that was supposed to be delivered.May 12th today is May 24th!

I made a withdrawal request and didn’t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio, and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds. While the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of communication during the process was frustrating and concerning. Clearer updates and faster response times would have made the experience much less stressful. I hope steps are taken to improve support and transparency for future users facing similar issues.

Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Bought several bricksets from them. All were missing pieces which I bought from a brick store out of my own pocket. Asked for partial refund, and was denied 3 times. They wanted the competed sets returned instead. At which point I'm out the money I spent on replacement bricks. Avoid this app at all costs.
