Ordered a circular saw that stated shipped from the USA. Weeks later the website showed that it has not shipped. Online chat stated they have to wait for seller to approve a refund. Still waiting. Will contact CC and hope for a refund from Capital One. Stay away from Aliexpress.

I bought four plush toys from the same seller. I waited 42 days and received only two. When I contacted the seller to ask where my other two were, I discovered a package had been delivered a MONTH before - but I never got it. When I asked WHY they sent my items in two packages packages and a month apart - I got no answer. They said they'd refund me but DIDN'T. Ali Express than only refunded me for one, and not the other- yet they were in the SAME missing package! Ali Express GUARANTEE shipping within 30 days or a full refund- no mention of this in their reply to me. They simply refused a refund and maintain what I ordered - is what I got, despite refunding me for ONE missing item. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎 I AM DELETING MY ACCOUNT. COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY - WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ALI EXPRESS AGAIN. Slimy and dishonest.

Terrible company policy. Terrible customer service. Don't expect a refund if your goods are unsatisfactory. I purchased some items from them, which were misrepresented by the vendors and the items were not what we ordered. Customer service people don't speak English well and even though I received the wrong items, they would not refund my money. Don't buy from this company.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Despite my order being placed back on May 13, the merchandise has yet to arrive. I've been engaged in an endless back-and-forth with customer service, but unfortunately, their representatives seem ill-equipped to provide clear answers or solutions. To make matters worse, I'm still unable to get a refund. I genuinely urge you: steer clear of purchasing anything from Ali. Your time and money are too valuable to waste!

AliExpress is a terrible company to buy anything from. I got a dress for them which offers free returns. They went back on that and purposefully started stalling me to frustrate me from getting back my refunds. Till date my refund has not been issued to me. They have been ignoring my message telling me to contact the seller who also had been ignoring me. The company is a lie and I would advise that no one patronizes them.

Absolute pathetic service. I have goods that haven't arrived and AliExpress is procrastinating and lying in regards to a refund. I am going to persue it with PayPal. Please note that this item has been stalled for two months. My refund was due on the 23/06/25. It's now the 24th, and they are saying it will take another 48hrs. Avoid this business at all costs!

I bought two items, one arrived the other hasnt. They told me they were sent on the same day and arrived in Australia for our postal system to takem for delivery. I never got one of the items and they keep senind email telling me the same thing over and over again. The wont respond to requests for a refund because its obvious, the item has either never been sent, or lost. Never but from therse people, they just cant be trusted.

AliExpress seems to encourage scammers and cheats on their site that rip customers off. Buyer beware! You're better off trying Temu. Temu has its share of scammers also, but Temu customer service will treat you fairly, unlike AliExpress. I ordered a small tool and it apparently arrived at the local airport but never left the airport. I asked for reshipment or refund and was denied by AliExpress.

Aliexpress use to be great, prices were amazing. It took longer to get stuff but it was worth the wait. Now it's cheaper to buy stuff in North America and the delivery is quicker!

I bought a model car from YX models it was used and even looked fake I tried to return it but they said I didn’t send it back on the same day as I requested the return wow. I wrote a review and the seller removed my review they don’t put a return label with the item avoid them AliExpress is bad news if you did buy something and it’s over £100 get your bank involved they can reclaim the funds.

BEWARE! The seller sent an incompatible product even though he checked its suitability and did not take responsibility for the return costs. The dispute handling had decided to reject my claim in advance by demanding impossible evidence.

I bought a wirless charger from them after a month the unit stopped working, so I contacted the vendor and they told me to contact AliXpress and create a dispute, so I did. After back and forth with the vendor and the company, AliXpress told me tha they can't do anything for me and I am out of luck.

Failed delivery. Supplier tells me I have to take it up with Aliexpress. Aliexpress tell me I need evidence from the delivery company. Delivery company is impossible to contact - no phone number and the online form submission doesn't work. Every day I tell the customer service representatives this, complete with evidence of me trying to contact the delivery company. Then (a few hours later) I receive an email saying my disputed is rejected and to contact the delivery company. Been around this circle 30 times now and not getting anywhere with it. Very very frustrating. I didn't organise the shipping, I didn't pick a delivery company that's impossible to contact, but somehow it's all my fault and I have to cop the cost. The bots/people who send these emails are as contactable as the delivery company is - ie. NOT!

After my withdrawal request was denied, I couldn’t access my trading account. I felt frustrated and anxious, afraid I might lose my investment. Sadly, I know many others face similar issues, which can seriously damage trust in trading platforms. Thankfully, Mrs. Mercy and her team stepped in and guided me through the process. Used to be good, when I didn't need to contact customer service or the customer service live chat team was able to things to help me. Live chat used to be able to do something and would do the best for the customers. Now everything needs to be escalated to the senior team who refuse to do anything for customers.

They claim to have sent item, yet there is nobody to confirm this. You cant contact anybody and they said it had been delivered to Australia, yet Australia post cant find it. Never use these people, they cant be trusted.

When I put in my credit card information and it asks for a photo to upload for "certify", then I submit it, it declines. Spent lots of time just try to go through the payment. Never had experience like this before

Aliexpress partners with HFD Israel to ship the packages to Israel. HFD is giving a very bad service, long delays, lost packages, distant collection points, no response to customer complaints! Aliexpress - please stop working with HFD!!!

I have an item stuck in customs, it is way past the delivery date. I was refused a refund and didn't get a delayed delivery coupon. They are also advertising 2 different prices for the same item.
