Ive bought 3 seperate items via AliExpress, only one was trouble free, the other two had delivery problems caused by Ali Express only passing on part of my address ie: name, town & post code so the courier was uinable to deliver. They are full of hot air and promises but never get back. I am never buying from these cowboys again.

It’s near to impossible to get a resolution or get a real person to talk to or message. The measurements on a pet stroller I bought were totally off. They wanted me to pay for shipping to return it and then claims they will give me a credit to buy something else which I did not want. I also purchased a cat bowl described as ceramic when I got it in the mail and picked it up. I immediately knew it was not ceramic but plastic. I ended up keeping the stroller and selling it on my own, I will never ever buy anything from them again. Save yourselves tons of hassles and time!

The senior team gave a canned/robotic response and never addressed my concern. Will someone please address my issue, it appears ALI condones faults advertising, as the seller still has wrong information with a bait and switch tactic. The pictured item with the item number was on the machine saying 2 Ton, the vendor said no its a one ton. When I provided the information with pictures and highlights they stopped responding. I sent it to Sr Ali, they said sorry we will refund you ..... really keep my money while you investigate, then ohh sorry. How about making your seller send the correct item that was paid for?

Recently ordered item, but came up with saying shipping would occur in several days. Then suddenly changed to delivered, but I hadn't received it. There was a tracking number and I followed it up. I live in Wellington and an item with this tracking number had been delivered in Nelson, courier company were helpful and had pictures and weight, definitely not my stuff far too big. Ali express seems to have just used someone else's details to close off delivery process at their end. Requested refund, now store wants me to say I received item but I've changed my mind! CRAZY! never received it. Do not use

I will never buy from Aliexpress again!! I ordered a product from them that I needed for my business and they charged me and never delivered. They gave me a false tracking # for an item that was delivered 7 days before I even made the ordered. they took my money and did not deliver!

Absolute nightmare with AliExpress dispute system. I received a defective item and the seller officially agreed to a partial refund without return. I provided screenshots of this agreement to customer support multiple times, but they completely ignore the evidence. ​Instead, they insist that I return the item to China at my own expense, which costs €38—more than the item's value (€24)! Their 'escalation team' is a joke, sending automated bot replies and making false promises. They protect bad shipping policies instead of honoring seller-buyer agreements. Never again. Taking my case to PayPal for a full refund.

I received a battery that does not work. After reporting the issue, I was repeatedly asked to provide proof. I sent photos as requested. Then I was instructed to disassemble my phone and charge the battery for 10 hours to “see if it recovers,” which I did. After that, I was again asked for additional proof, but no clear explanation was given about what exactly was required. Now I am being told to return the defective battery at my own expense, with only a possibility—not a guarantee—that the shipping costs will be refunded. This entire process is unreasonable for a product that is supposed to have a 2‑year guarantee. I have followed every instruction given, yet the issue remains unresolved and the responsibility is being shifted onto me. I expect a straightforward warranty replacement without additional costs or unclear demands.

What kind of company are you? You left parcels in places we haven’t specify parcels left outside parcels were stolen and then I have to deal with the consequences. What stupid and idiotic proofs you ask since i provided pictures from the delivery ????? You’re simply a horrible company with no integrity or accountability.

Item delivered damaged - the damage obviously occurred during packing, not during transit - sent photos & videos to Aliexpress & the seller twice which clearly showed the damage but they refused to replace or refund - will not be buying from Aliexpress again.

I bought three 128 GB Lenovo jump drives. They do not work. The data stored disappear for no reason. They are of extremely bad quality. I paid $12.29 for them. When I requested a refund, I was offered $3.69 with no need to return them. I accepted the offer because the refund process is a nightmare and a waste of time.

Don't believe items with "free returns available". The “free returns” are a complete lie. I followed every single instruction to the letter, yet they still refused to refund the return shipping fee. Customer service has been utterly useless—unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly not interested in resolving anything. If returns weren’t actually going to be accepted under the so-called “free returns” policy, that should have been made crystal clear upfront. Instead, nothing on this website is clear—it’s misleading at best and deliberately deceptive at worst. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll be making sure to warn others about this experience on every platform and forum I can. Avoid at all costs.

AliExpress is terrible. They hide behind their chat and all agents have Pakistani names. They are not Chinese . The Chinese have paid these agents pennies to operate as robots. They advertise the sales as FREE 90 days return , and then they accept your return and make you pay the postage fee in a false smear you will get your postage back, but once they get the package they lie and refuse the fee back.
