Price kept changing when in the cart attempting payment. Lost a pair of sunglasses as they sold out whilst in cart but price increased overall, strange for $20 pair of glasses no longer in cart.

Bought an item in June 2025. Item arrived in a VERY BADLY DAMAGED package, with several parts of the item missing from the package. They INSISTED that I return the remaining parts of the item to an address in France. I provided all proof of the damaged package, the remaining parts, the return shipping label, and proof of delivery of the returned package to France. They are refusing to refund my return postage costs. The only response that I receive is a Copy & Paste generic message.

I ordered an item, it was damaged so I asked to return it. Aliexpress asked me to pay for return shipping and they said that I will be refunded. I spent £8.09 to return the item, and after multiple emails and Web chats, they are saying that I haven't provided enough evidence to offer a resolution. I provided the label, invoice and screenshot from courier website. Aliexpress is a scam, their free returns policy is a fairy take. Avoid buying from this platform.

Sent a faulty bike, refused to take it back unless I PAY for postage when clearly it mentions free return anyway but even more worthy of free return if it's faulty. No solution from seller OR aliexpress. Really distressing to say the least

Ich habe bei AliExpress einen Ersatzteil-Artikel für meinen HP M377 Drucker bestellt (Zahlbetrag 103,43 €). Laut Artikelbeschreibung sollte das Teil kompatibel sein — das ist nicht der Fall. Ich habe innerhalb der Frist eine Rückgabe eingeleitet, da das gelieferte Teil nicht passt und somit falsch beschrieben ist. Dennoch wurde mir nur ein Teil-Erstattungsangebot in Höhe von 25,86 € angeboten – obwohl ich nicht zugestimmt habe und ein vollständiger Ersatz bzw. Rückgabeanspruch besteht. Ich habe niemals ein „partial refund“ Angebot akzeptiert. Der Fall wurde geschlossen, obwohl ich den Artikel zurücksenden möchte und Anspruch auf die volle Erstattung habe. Ich fühle mich von AliExpress im Stich gelassen: Rückgabe blockiert, Kunden-Support reagiert dürftig, Plattform scheint eher den Verkäufern zu helfen als dem Käufer. Empfehlung: Sehr vorsichtig bestellen — bei falscher Beschreibung oder Rückgabeanspruch kann es schwieriger werden, als man denkt.

AliExpress refused to refund for parcels that were delivered to the wrong adress! It had consolidated parcels, so total 6 orders where delivered together and of course lost at the same time, this was costly! I contacted AliExpress and showed evidence of delivery company proof of delivery versus my apartment and it is clearly two different buildings, PLUS the package were left outside the building, literally on the side of the road! AliExpress refused to refund as the evidence they need is a stamped response from the delivery company (YODEL), where YODEL is completely ghosting my complaining emails! So I am been pushed around by two big corporates, this come to show that there is no such customer protection when purchasing from Aliexpress! And why can't AliExpress themselves contact the delivery company, if I had to take the responsibility for wrong action of the delivery company, then surely I should have the option to choose the delivery company!

The free return is not true. They will deduce your refund from the return charge for no reason. The customer services is useless. The so-called escalated your case to the senior is just waste your time. You only get copy and pasted standard wordings repeatedly.

This online retailer does not selling good or basically acceptable products per my over 2 year experiences: 1) the products shipped from them typically come up with very low quality - especially for the electronic and most of complicated items - I have got more than 3 electronic items/boxes that worked for 1-5 months, and had issues very soon, and you have no way to do anything like return/ask warranty/put reviews after 1 month... so, you get frustrated when you have critical issues very soon and you waste your money for sure. 2) The normal Return becomes uncertain and slow unless you show them something like you received a broken item, which is not the only reason for a return. However, unlike most major online retailers here in States, return is not “simple” with this retailer you have to wait for their decision with next 2 days. 3) They don't respond to any inquiries about complaints from US BBB (Better Business Bureau), which means they don't care about any consumer's concerns unless they are from Government Authorities. So basically, they are not a good and reliable retailer business for sure.

Ordered a frog inflatable costume. It came with a fan to inflate but no way to attach fan and no instruction. Requested instruction. They said it didn't have a fan. When inflated by other means it did not hold air. They refused a refund or return after requesting a list of further documents/photos/videos.

Scam website, I ordered a couple of items with delivery guarantee and I didn't receive them. The tracking hasn't been updated for more than 3 weeks and they declined the several requests I raised for either a refund or sending me the items again. All what they kept on telling me is: contact the shipping company, which I did many times but the shipping company never answered. I sent the call log to AliExpress team and they seem the tracking isn't updated but still declined my requests. You can see in the photo attached that the tracking hasn't been updated for more than 3 weeks.

Don't buy anything here because they simply defend the sellers even when they send incomplete and damaged products! They don't care about or respect their customers! Whenever I receive a product in good condition, I confirm receipt and give a good review. When I don't receive it, I open a dispute, and that's when the complete lack of respect for customers begins, as if they always do the same when I receive an order. I bought a mini monitor that should have arrived with 4 accessories (HDMI cable, USB cable, USB-C cable, and POWER CABLE!!!). The seller sent the monitor in a box that was crushed and torn in one corner (for a sensitive product like a MONITOR!!!) with 3 accessories, missing the POWER CABLE, the cable that connects the monitor to the power source to work! They refused the dispute, defended the dishonest seller who didn't send the most important cable (TO MAKE IT WORK!!!), and I spent 72 euros and ended up with a useless paperweight, since I don't have a cable to make it work!!! I sent photos, I sent videos, and they replied that it's not enough proof!!!!! My account will be deleted, and I will never buy ANYTHING again from this website that defends scammers!

Aliexpress scam you, lie, make excuses and are ableist - they won't refund me even though the seller said they would do a partial refund if I open a dispute - aliexpress say no Aliexpress FINALLY accepted my dispute from September that took almost 2 MONTHS of DAILY opening/replying to disputes but they didn't bother to read anything I said nor looked at the screenshots nor the video of the chat with the seller. They are asking for a return for this item that I said in every dispute, appeal and more information that the seller approved a PARTIAL REFUND WITH NO RETURN and I gave you screenshots of the seller saying this as well as a video of them saying this. The seller told me to ask for a partial refund with no return in the comments of the dispute which I have, but Aliexpress refuse to refund me without a return! I CANNOT RETURN AS I AM DISABLED! The seller said they would give me a partial refund with no return but aliexpress are literally saying no! I have been opening disputes and adding more proof EVERY SINGLE DAY for over a month and a half! I have been on live chat many times and was told they can do partial refund, you just have to ask for it in the comments. I received a wrong item from a seller. I ordered some BLACK sandals with crystals on them and a toe holder. I received WHITE sandals with a pink HEART on them. Totally different design, different product and different colour. I spoke to the seller straight away in September and they said they support my dispute and support a partial refund with no return. (I cannot return due to disability) They told me to open a dispute and ask for a partial refund with no return in the comments and they would refund me. Even if I could return which I can't, I wouldn't as the return cost is MORE THAN THE ITEM! Aliexpress rejected my dispute for almost 2 months of DAILY replying and opening of disputes. They FINALLY accepted the dispute now after all this time, but they didn't read a thing I said nor looked at the video or photos of the chat with the seller as the seller clearly says I can have a partial refund with no return as I physically cannot return due to disability. I will be leaving reviews until the end of time about this awful company and their horrific customer support. To aliexpress: It has been over a month and a half of me opening disputes and writing reviews to get you to finally accept this dispute but you want a return even though I clearly said in the disputes/more information/appeals/reviews/emails that THE SELLER APPROVED A PARTIAL REFUND WITH NO RETURN! I cannot return due to disability and the seller clearly told me I could get a partial refund if I open a dispute and ask for a partial refund in the comments. I physically cannot return! And even if I could, the postage fee is more than I paid for the item, but I can't return anyway! I gave you screenshots AND a video of this! I cannot return the item due to disability, and the seller supports a partial refund with no return and you have screenshots of this! If you refuse a partial refund with no return, you are going against what the seller said and what your live chat staff said in the past to me. You CAN do a partial refund with no return. You just are choosing not to! The seller said I could have a partial refund if I open a dispute and ask for it in the description and I have done that but YOU are refusing to accept a partial refund. I cannot magically get outside when I am disabled! Refund me NOW

First time using AliExpress and I feel that it will be my last time. Can not understand by tracking my package left on a flight from China 16 Oct 2025 and finally arrived in Thailand 27 Oct 2025, 11 days for a 6 hour flight. So either they lied about when it left, how it left or when it arrived, I could have driven there and back in that amount of time! Now I wonder how long it will take to reach me! By figuring how long it took to make a 6 hour flight it will take 22 days to make the 12 hour trip I guess!
