"Never Buying from AliExpress Again – Printer Arrived Faulty, No Resolution" I purchased a UV DTF printer from All-PRINTER PARTS Store through AliExpress. From the beginning, the printer did not print properly. After reporting the issue, the seller sent spare parts, but they were also faulty. Even the seller later admitted the parts were defective. AliExpress eventually approved a full refund with return. I was ready to return the item, but the courier refused to pick it up due to the large size of the box (over 50kg) — something completely out of my control. I immediately informed AliExpress and asked for an alternative return method, but they ignored me and left the case unresolved. Now it's been over 90 days, and I’m still without a solution. This is not just the seller’s fault — AliExpress failed to support me or take responsibility. I’ve filed an international consumer complaint (econsumer.gov) because I was denied my right to a proper refund. Extremely disappointed with both the seller and AliExpress. I do NOT recommend purchasing expensive equipment through this platform.

They refuse tp send a return label for defective item. Aliexpress have made me jump through hoops for two weeks now: first I have to upload photos, then they require a video, then they finally say the defective items can be returned but tell me to organise the return shipment myself and give me some obscure address in China. Sorry, this is not acceptable! AliExpress has gone downhill in both quality of products and service. I will stick to Temu from now on.

Don't trust AliExpress. Bought a pair of shoes that the seller guarantees are genuine. I got a pair that is made of cheap plastic. Contacted the seller. He offered me 7USD for silence and to keep the shoes. Contacted AliExpress about their decision to send the shoes back with shipping that I will pay 25 USD. No one apologized to me and the shoes are still available for purchase as genuine leather shoes.

I was jerked around for the better part of a month over the lack of delivery of my order before they finally cancelled the order. I ordered on 4-2-25 with a promised delivery date of 4-10. After numerous contacts through their convoluted system and numerous "sincere apologies" and promises to expedite delivery. On the 24th, they finally cancelled the order and presumably issued a refund, of which I have yet to receive.

No return policy. The ads are misleading and the price they show you is not what they sell. They just advertise their lowest price with a picture of a wrong high-priced product. Pictures and info are totally misleading. Reviews are paid for. There is no honesty and customer respect in their services. The items arrive late. Not recommended anyway.

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with AliExpress. I ordered items and decided to return it. I followed all the steps exactly as instructed, but right after submitting the return request, my account was suddenly blocked—without any notice or explanation. This meant I couldn’t finish the return process or contact the seller. I’ve reached out to customer service several times via email, but all I get are generic, automated replies that don’t address my situation at all. It feels like no one is actually reading or handling my case. Now I’m left with an unwanted order, no way to return it, and no access to my account. As an EU consumer, I know I have a legal right to a 14-day return period, and it’s extremely frustrating to see this ignored. I’ve used AliExpress for years, but after this experience, I can’t recommend it. If something goes wrong, don’t expect proper support.

I ordered five (5) items to ship to the USA. However, the orders was stuck at the delivery company CAINIAOUP for days. I tried to contact Aliexpress, but they did not care. They told me to contact delivery company. This has nothing to do with customs. Terrible service! I would not recommend this company. Furthermore, they lied by posting "Delivery attempt unsuccessful" - However, The delivery company did not attempt to deliver for 10 days.

Unfortunately, even rating 1 is too much for them. They sent me the wrong item, we agreed on a return. Unfortunately, as a customer, I have to pay the postage, which is €50. They would supposedly refund my money when they received the package. I read a lot of reviews and in each one, with a similar case, it was written that the sellers do not pick up the returned article from the post office, so they are not obliged to return any money to you. And so you will be without money for your ordered item and for postage, which in my case would amount to over €100. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN. I'M DELETING THE APPLICATION!

⚠️ Be extremely careful with this platform. Everything seems smooth at first — they make it very easy to deposit money, things took a dark turn. My requests were constantly delayed or ignored, and eventually, they just stopped replying altogether. Worse, someone claiming to be a "financial advisor" became rude and even threatening when I questioned what was happening. It became clear this wasn’t a legitimate service. They have no buyer protection whatsoever. I ordered two HT radio antennas, both of which are severely defective and failed within days. After raising this point with the seller and several weeks of back-and-forth with more than one attempt at gaslighting me, despite me uploading irrefutable evidence their product is defective, AliExpress told me I would receive a refund, and then retracted their decision. They will do everything to side with the seller and shamelessly try to gaslight you that you uploaded the wrong evidence. Complete bait-and-switch, and mind you, I have been a customer of theirs for a decade now and about 95% of the time I am happy with my purchases, and they know it because I only raise complaints when I don't receive my order or it is severely defective to the point of being unusable.

AliExpress canceled my order after promising they wouldn’t—and now they want me to pay more to re-buy itJust a warning to anyone relying on AliExpress’s “Buyer Protection” or chat support: I placed two legit orders during their anniversary sale. I paid in full. The listings showed a fixed price with free shipping—no model selection, no deposit disclaimer, nothing shady-looking. After I ordered, the seller stalled and didn’t ship. I contacted AliExpress support multiple times. They promised everything was fine and that I had “nothing to worry about.” I even told them I do not want a refund—I just want the products I paid for. Guess what happened next? Both orders were canceled “due to shipping delays” They refunded me without my consent The customer support team gave me copy-paste replies And now they want me to “just reorder”… for $500+ more since the sale ended I’ve already filed complaints with: The FTC The California Attorney General And my bank, with full documentation of everything they said and did If this sounds like a one-off, it’s not. I’ve seen other users get the same treatment. Buyer Protection means nothing if they cancel your order anyway and hide behind canned responses. Avoid the seller Shandong Dongcheng Machinery Store and be extremely cautious with platform support promises. I’ve got screenshots, receipts, and chat logs to back it all up.

I received an item ordered on AliExpress (around $20) and found it defective, so I opened a dispute, and got a reply that they would give me a partial refund (50%), which was not acceptable, so I told them I wanted a full refund, and the system told me to return it. I checked the local post office, and the cheapest shipping rate with a tracking number would be $39 plus tax, meaning it exceeds the value of the item. So I tried many times to contact the seller but every time I sent the message, I got an automatic reply "My pleasure" and then nothing else. Today I received a message from AliExpress asking me to return the item, but without a confirmation from the seller, I may end up paying $40 to get a $20 refund. Then I tried to contact AliExress customer service, but found it a loop, and you never get a useful response. I used to trust AliExpress and bought a few things in the past few years, but from now I am not sure if I should use it any more.
