I've had many good purchases from Aliexpress, but whenever anything went wrong they handled it so badly that I no longer feel safe to buy from them any more. I've received broken items they wouldn't refund me for, and once I never received an item that they refused to refund me for. So It comes down to, do the saving outweigh the gamble of receiving broken items, or not receiving the item at all.

I've had an item not delivered but most of the others I did receive.I couldn't convince myself what happened to the missing item.

Paid extra for expedited service. After the delivery commitment time was exceeded, I asked for status. Seller kept insisting that the package was delivered and I signed for it. Turns out they created a wrong shipping label sending the package to a wrong address. They agreed that the address was wrong but it was my problem. I was able to retrieve the package but neither seller nor AliExpress would refund shipping costs. Takeaway, there are holes in AliExpress adjudication system and you are simply not protected from some kinds of errors whether intentional or not.

Bought from them before and eventually got my stuff.... this time they somehow dug up an old address from years ago and shipped to that despite me typing in the correct address

Would have to be slowest delivery on the planet. Product have been good 80% of the time. I would recommend WISH over Aliexpress for delivery times which is usually only a couple of weeks compared to months.

I have always got my refund sometimes within minutes! But I ordered 34 since December, 7 I never got, but got my refund. 1 was returned to seller. 6 were delivered 75 days or longer! 8 I am still waiting for, over 60 days! 5 haven’t been shipped yet! Service has been dreadful since December! The 4 previous years I was very pleased!

If you place a lot of online orders this website is going to drive you nuts. The tracking is terrible. The customer is really bad. They always lose orders.

I've been dealing with Allexpress for about 2 yrs. But only lately I've had a few items that have not turned up and they drop out of my account.. A nuisance. And not alot of contact with said people to get back to me... But overall the shopping experience is good..

Since Aliexpress has updated their system, it's not safe to order, sellers are not responding to messages, you pay DHL higher fees and they are still sending with Aliexpress free shipping which takes 1 month to Switzerland, I will stop ordering there

I ordered headrest covers for my Kia car and it never showed up. Instead, I got some other item for a car. Looks like LED blue ribbon with wires and some plastic caps with VW logo. The other customer that ordered this probably got my headrest covers. Order was under $10. I try to ship by ePacket when available. You pay a bit more, but have better chance of ealier delivery.

Aliexpress is good, the problem are the sellers, which sometimes do not write the correct info regarding the items you buy. According to my expirience it is ok to buy cheap items, but it is too risky too buy expensive items. To send it back it is really too expensive (from Italy). Prices are good, sometimes very good, but you should be sure on what you buy. I have the feeling that some are just reseller. They sell on aliexpress without having the item, then buy from another seller and send to you the item. Otherwise I wouldn't understand why basic info (label) are wrong. Delivery take always a while. From 2 weeks to 2 months. Usually if you spend more they send it in a faster way. All in one happy with it, but as I said, only for cheaper items.

some of their products are ok some are not , but in general cheaper clothings speciallly shirts and dresses are low quality, even the ones that have good revews. you should also check who is giving those reviews.most of their customers are from eastern europe and Russia, well they give good reviews because same low quality products in their country costs 2 or 3 times more and people dont make much money. while in canada and state, sometimes with the same price you find waay better clothings. still you can open despute if you are not happy with the products.

I buy from them since 5 years, when I received my stuff it's ok, but around 40% of the product i bought on this site I never received. You have to open a dispute after 2 months from the order, wait a weeks or more to have a refund for something that cost under $5 that's a pain... Not sure that I will continue to shop on this site...

They were almost ok up until the end of 2018. Then they stopped accepting negative feedback, then they sent me 1 ip camera instead instead of 2, now they sent me 1 circuit board instead of 6, now they want photo evidence to prove it. Its always less never more.
