It's ok. Have I had stuff that didn't show up? Yes. but it was refunded- so far. I would NEVER ORDER ANY ITEMS OF SIGNIFICANT COST from Alli. Never Do That. It isn't worth the hassle and possible problems you could encounter. Their order system is a bit weird. For instance, they sent me emails about refunding items from my order yet these same items had suddenly disappeared from my orders list. Huh? Why? I had to use the email links to go through and refund. Then these same orders >reappeared< after the refund went through as completed?? I'll also admit, while it's fine that Alli has refunded the items which never made it, it is a logistical nightmare to track down said items in emails etc to get them refunded or track items which take a month to arrive. I wouldn't say I'm Super Happy with Alliexpress, it's sort of mediocre. They are no Amazon. But, you can save a considerable amount using it. Just don't use it on anything expensive. I would never order any single item over $40. There's way too much room for counterfeit goods and scamming on there. Order luxury goods on there at your own Peril.
