I used to buy from ali Express and was happy with the products as they were mostly as describes. Lately, many items I have bought never arrive but i have paid for them. There is no way to dispute them as the order says "complete " and tracking shoes as arrived. I have lost quite a bit of money .

I put in a order for a soap item mid May, it's now mid July. Tracking site is bogus and I haven't received my purchase. Bad customer service.

I have been buying from AliExpress for a few years now. I'd say 9 out of 10 items i order are ok. for the tenth order, you just lose your money.. it often cost as much to return an item as the purchase price. The sellers know they operate with impunity and some are disreputable. Also, they seriously filter out any bad reviews. And they don't allow reviews at all it you choose to dispute an item. You get what you pay for with AliExpress. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

Very difficult to chat with human or anyone on their website. They now have a very long window for items to arrive, over 60-70 days in many cases. Website can be difficult to follow, navigate and understand regarding the lack of transparency with their dispute process mechanism. They make you wait until the very last day to open up a dispute, but then you can't because it's automatically closed. It's a vicious circle The only way is to try to contact them by chat before the expiration date. Dispute process is extended an additional 5 days for the seller to respond. Strong language barrier with Aliexpress reps. Not recommended. I suggest Dealextreme. I also suggest filing your dispute with your credit card company, not AliExpress for items not received on the 31st day when your order was sent out.

Some Sellers are very good...while some are just out to get your money! BEWARE OF THESE Sellers Watch out for sellers like HILIFE Houseware Store LHY Healthy Store Shop 364252 store Gootrades Official Store They will never refund your money nor will they ship the order. BEWARE!!! I NEVER GOR MY ITEMS DELIVERED AND THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY TOO EVEN AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS!!!

I have been shopping on Aliexpress since 2016 and many of the sellers I bought from within the first year were honest , sold items consistent with the description and promptly refunded money for broken items etc. However, in the last year or so, the platform has been flooded with con-artists/scammers who use bait and switch to sell items that are far from their description or really crappy low quality items you can’t even use, or with clothing items , fall apart after one wash. Then when paying a higher fee for faster delivery (e-packet or DHL) some sellers decide to pocket the shipping fee and send by China post (2+months ) without your consent . The prices for goods have also increased astronomically while the quality has decreased ten fold. Customer service is non-existent and the aliexpress judgement for disputes is almost always in favour of the seller unless you have a Gold level membership. Gold members always get their money back like I have except every time I open a dispute my membership level goes down by almost 200 points, then another 100 or so by leaving a justified negative review, which incidentally does not get published. I feel bad for the few merchants who do a great job selling quality goods at reasonable prices but you will be returning several items (at your cost ) before meeting a reliable and honest seller. Too bad they don’t filter out the scammers from the honest ones. Totally UNFIT for international trade and commerce. Beware of the hundreds and thousands of positive reviews posted by members from Eastern European countries ; many get paid and receive free items in exchange for posting on their blog and leaving great reviews. Always look for reviews posted by North Americans - they’re usually spot on, though sometimes you won’t find enough to convince you to buy.

A seller never sent goods. Tracking shows delivery failed even though no delivery was made. The appeal process is extremely frustrating. No goods and yet they took my money. No human interaction. Do not trust them.

You can only provide feedback for 30 days after receiving a product. I purchased this product: LED Grow Light 5/10/15/18/27W Full Spectrum Plant Lamp Dual Three Head for Indoor Greenhouse Grow Tent Plants Grow Light Adapter from the CAIYUE Factory Store. At first the lights were great, but then after a few months, they stopped working. The seller refused to honour the warranty. While I have gotten good things from aliexpress, do not expect them to honour warranties. I have been working with aliexpress for 3 months to get the warranty honoured and nothing has come of it. I have no recourse. This seller will continue to have high ratings even though her product is faulty and her warranty is not true.

The AliExpress website is very buggy. The site is garbage and I cannot recommend it. I paid for my orders with AMEX and got error messages saying the payments were unsuccessful. I then went to the Orders page and saw that my two orders showed "Extended processing time" of over a week (in addition to the long shipping time). So I canceled the orders and received an email from AliExpress confirming that the orders have been cancelled. I then ordered the same items again but from different Sellers and those payments by AMEX are successful. But then the very next day I got a message from the Seller on the original order that was cancelled, saying that the item has been shipped! What a !($#@ mess, AliExpress.

Most of Ali express's merchants are out of the United States. That is why you get such a good deal on the merchandise. However they give them 2-3 weeks to process your orders and then another 8 weeks for delivery. almost 3 months to receive your order and the website will say 12-21 days! Very few merchants are honest about their shipping times so don't buy something with the intent of receiving it any time soon. Read the reviews carefully! A good rating does not mean they are reputable! I read the negative reviews too late and now regret having to wait 6 months for Ali to fix shady merchants attempts to scam money from me...

I'm a long term Aliexpress customer. I used to be happy with the service. However last 6 months their quality of service has really gone down despite growing prices. You order product and seller never ships it and holds your money for more than 2 months untill you open a dispute. Jack Ma can give plenty of inspirational talks, but if his company doesn't customer the basic service then he should shut up and go back to drawing board. Personally I'm gonna look for other service.

Well, shortly: Aliexpress doesn't protect buyers at some specific cases. The story: I had ordered a mobile phone, but it was out of sotck. The seller asked me to cancel the order with the reason 'others' and place the order using different option (another color). I placed another one and it was out of stock. I was trying to cancel the order with the 'Item out of stock' reason, but the seller was rejecting such cancellation. The customer service was not able to do anything. I've tried to contact the support, but it looks they do not care as well. I cannot neither open a dispute nor leave a feedback for the shop. That's it. Disappointed...

I have been a customer of yours off and on for years. Just recently I ordered screen protectors very poor quality so I logged on to the website to talk to somebody and found all of my orders were missing delete. I would like to see These re-loaded into my past order board for reference

Ali Express is a China based seller of consumer goods. Their focus is in selling, not on customers. If you receive your order, good for you. If you do not receive your order, too bad. Ali Express is not known for customer service. Complaints are a nuisance and are seldom addressed. Only spend the amount you are prepared to lose.

Most sellers are not trusted with poor slow communication , and broken english , i already tried online service few mins ago its fake with auto bot !! No real agents there . I placed an order 3 days ago and my order tracking number is not vaild !! When i contacted seller he told me it needs more days to be updated ... Looks like aliexpress sandard shipping is really bad and slow !! Most sellers doest ship out your order less than 5 or 7 days and thats is very slow , comparing to other sites like bangood ships out your order with 1 day only !!! I was satisfied with banggood and i an already not with aliexpress i gess i will uninstall the app very soon .

I received several of the products I ordered, however, the minute I provided my email address to each of the 5 companies on Aliexpress, I started getting tons of porn, insurance, medical, etc emails. Literally, I have received at least 30 a day. Although I like the products thus far, the communication, it's a sad coincidence that all these junk emails started coming my way. I have tried to unsubscribe to the ones that don't come with a red flag attached, but I get unsafe feedback from my mac, so I'm just deleting daily. If indeed your customers are reselling the email addresses, I would like to know. I have not signed up with any other company just prior or after buying these items off Aliexpress.

I placed and order and the seller had 6 days to ship or I get a refund. Well on the 6 day the seller claimed it shipped out with tracking number not working ? When I checked tracking ON there website (AliExpress) I seen a smal airplain moving to my location . But on the date when I was suppose to receive my package the small airplain stopped? Still when I check DHL tracking # it doesn’t work ? The seller wanted me to wait on the last day to file a dispute ??? Really!!! I opened a dispute with AliExpress and did receive a full refund ! But did my shipment ever leave or was that a scam and the seller was hoping I wouldn’t open a dispute in the AliExpress 30 day time frame ???
