When you order from Aliexpress, you have to be willing to wait a long time to receive your packages. I mostly order cheap items, under $5. For the free shipping option, I think the seller has up to 60 days to get your item to you. In reality, they arrive in about 20-30 days. Open your order page. Every order that is awaiting delivery, will have light gray text that tells you how many days you have left before your order "closes". Up until that order deadline, you have some buyer protection. If it is getting close to the order "close" date, and you don't have your item yet, open a dispute before the time expires. I opened my dispute one week before the time expired. If you wait until after the time expires, you cannot open a dispute. You lose all your rights. As for getting items faster, my policy is this: If the company offers FedEx or DHL on a regular basis, then there will be a link on their webpage where you select this option, and you will have the fee added at the time of checkout. I feel secure that they will ship in this manner, only if the link is on their webpage. My experience is, if they don't have an automatic link for shipping options, then do not feel secure that they will ship FedEx or DHL. I do not feel comfortable about any personal, one time only, arrangement made during messages. If they don't have the website link set up, then it is not something they do all the time. There may be a language barrier wherefore they don't understand what you are asking for. The translation software is horrible. This is another reason I don't depend on messaging to get special arrangements made. I have placed several orders in last year. My orders contained dozens of different vendors. Last Fall, I ordered about 2 dozen items, averaging $8 per item. I received all but two of my items. One vendor offered to send a refund. I accepted this. I opened a dispute on the second item, one week before the buyer protection expired on my order. Aliexpress said they would send me a refund. I don't know if I actually got those refunds, because my husband threw out my credit card statements. I've asked him to give them to me in the future. It would cost more in fees, for me to ask my bank for duplicate statements, than the items were worth. So I decided to just let it go and learn from my experience. I am now at the end of my second large order. I ordered approximately 50 items from 40 vendors, averaging $2 per item. In two of those orders, the seller sent the wrong item, but they sent something else of equal value. One of the substitutions I liked, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, with an explanation. The other wrong item I didn't like. So I only gave it 2 stars instead of 5 with an explanation. For a $2 item, it wasn't worth a dispute. I would have had to return the item. I can't be bothered for $2. But the sellers HATE negative feedback. So I felt that giving 2 stars would hurt their business enough, that they would be a lot more careful in the future to send the correct item. There is one more item that I did not receive yet, and the time that my order "closes" was approaching. For some reason the order shipment got canceled. I messaged the seller. I asked why the shipment got canceled. I asked him to EXTEND my buyer protection time. He responded. He extended my buyer protection time by another 45 days or so. He asked me if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted it. I said I do still want it, and I told him to please ship it. I am waiting for it. If I get it, I will give 5 stars because he responded to my requests. If I don't get it one week before the close date, then I will open a dispute and leave negative feedback. But I think I can trust this seller to resend it. Most of my purchases have been wonderful, as long as I don't expect too much, don't risk too much with high priced items, and watch the closing dates, to make sure I can open disputes before the closing dates, if I need to. All the items I've received were exactly like the pictures (except for the 2 where the seller sent the wrong item of equal value.) I examine the pictures closely. I read the details closely. I convert from metric to English units, so I know exactly what size I am getting. I buy clothing based on the measurements in centimeters (and I convert to inches). I do NOT buy clothing based on letter size. Chinese S,M.L,XL....XXXXXL is different from American S,M,L,...XXXL etc. When buying shoes, I got the charts to convert Chinese shoe measurements to US shoe measurements, in both width and length. When I conduct business carefully like this, I get good results. Good luck!

I had ordered quite a couple of items. From plastic hooks. But mainly beauty gargets from Beauty Touch. A good seller, item well wrap and get good discount from time to time. However, waiting time is long. It take 2 weeks to 1 month. Overall, happy if my purchase so far.

I have been ordering from aliexpress donde 2016 and I've only not had one 2 items not arriving. They were less than a buck so I didnt bother to open a dispute. My tips for buying on there is 1. Do not buy expensive stuff. 2. ONLY buy from sellers with rating over 97% and lots of followers as well as orders 3.always check reviews especially the 1 star ones. And again, dont buy things worth more than 25 bucks imo. Most I've spent on there was 13 bucks for a nail lamp. It arrived but the plug kinda sucked, seller sent me another one tho so dont buy electronics is another advise.

AliExpress has supplied all of the products for my online bow business. My advice is to look at reviews of the products and pictures that actual people post in the reviews of the products. There are times where I can get a product for super cheap so I will bite the bullet and buy it to see the quality myself. I use to use them for drop shipping, but the shipping time for customers was too long. Sometimes they would have the item in 8 or 9 days and other times they would have it in 3-4 weeks. I couldn't guarantee delivery times so I keep inventory now. Like with other companies that ship their stuff from china, shipping times take awhile and look at the product reviews. I have only had an issue with kids clothing, it tends to either be fat and wide or really thin material. I would recommend AliExpress if you can wait on their shipping!

Most of the products I have bought have been good quality, and some were even excellent! When the package does not arrive, I open a dispute and always get my money back. I never had a problem. Once I got a dress that had the waistband sewn in twisted. Got my money back next day after reporting it. I have used Aliexpress for items as small as 50 cent jewelry to even a 5 unit cordless phone set for my home, which we have been using for 6 months now and they are excellent! Some of the products are scams, but if you read the reviews carefully, you can avoid those. A few times we ended up with junk, but it was so cheap, so we didn't feel too bad about it. Stay away from products with little or no reviews or orders yet.

i really dont get these weird bad reviews but i actually love aliexpress. its so cheap when it comes to all my stuff and i dont have to worry about having a refund because 1 dollar for 1 wrong case doesnt make me mad. i love aliexpress. just please have an option for faster delivery.

Ali Express are good with customer care and quality. But the local post service named Pakistan Post is bad at delivering parcels on time and to the correct address.

Searchable store, results filter by price, reviews, etc. I have found products that are not available in my country. I am happy with that company effort to bring to all of us their stuff at good price with low shipping cost. Problems? yes, one seller shipped wrong product then I opened dispute with photos as evidence, some days later AliExpress solved with reimbursement. Thanks. Tienda de búsqueda, filtro de resultados por precio, comentarios, etc. He encontrado productos que no están disponibles en mi país. Estoy contento con el esfuerzo de la compañía por traer a todos sus productos a buen precio y con un bajo costo de envío. ¿Problemas? sí, un vendedor envió el producto incorrecto y luego abrí la disputa con fotos como prueba; algunos días después, AliExpress resolvió con el reembolso. I ordered a dress that was beautiful, but the color wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The dress arrived earlier than expected and priced reasonably. I notified the company and we agreed upon a reasonable compromise. I would definitely use this site again.

I ordered the angel baby cross stitch pattern and I am so pleased with what I received. Everything is in order and of great quality. I also received it in record time! I will definitely order from them again.

For me all 3 orders worked out! They were the right size, there was one minor detail missing from one of my dresses (finger holes) but other than that GREAT!

I’ve ordered quite a few pieces of clothing from them over the years and it’s hit or miss. Some items were great, especially for the price. Others looked nothing like the picture and were terribly made. What I DO love though is the jewelry and the glue-on nails! All the jewelry I’ve ordered so far has been fantastic and I save loads of money buying the glue on nails from them rather than from Walgreens or Beauty supply stores

Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding van de goederen is goed. Service van Ali Express is prima. Bij een dispuut krijgt de klant vrijwel altijd gelijk, tenzij je zelf echt fout zit natuurlijk. Een dispuut wordt altijd opgelost door geld terug te storten. Levering duurt lang maar dat komt door de manier van verzenden en de kosten die men daar voor rekent (zit in de prijs of wordt apart berekend). Nooit iets retour sturen want dan betaal je zelf de verzendkosten en die zijn naar China niet misselijk. De douane kan roet in het eten gooien ivm de invoerrechten maar daar kan Ali niets aan doen.

tl;dr: Very cheap shipping, long shipping times, sells things that are hard to find elsewhere, mixed quality of products because they host third party vendors. Was satisfied with experience, knowing these things. I ordered a product from China that is pretty hard to find online, only found it on this and a couple other sites. The others wanted to charge $20 for shipping, AliExpress charged less than $5. DO NOT expect your order to ship from China to US in a week, mine took almost three weeks. (This was also how long the other sites said they would take, so, not surprised.) Additionally, double check the individual vendor, some are good, some are not. My order turned out great, but I definitely believe all the people leaving 1 and 2 star reviews on things that turned out to be bad quality. I hope they left a review on the vendor's page, I don't think AliExpress does much vetting so it's up to us to look out for each other.
