I bought items from Aliexpress and was satisfied. However It is the second time that one item was never delivered and a second item was missing essential parts. In both case Aliexpress did not take responsibility and had me contact sellers. The sellers request evidence or photos. How can one provide evidence or a photo of an item never delivered or of missing parts? Very disappointed and would recommend to stay away from AliExpress.

I recently ordered a portable RV holding tank for a camping trip. The order was acknowledged and payment confirmed. I received notice that a partial shipment was made, although the tank is one piece. After a number of inquiries on shipping status, the feedback was I would hear from logistics when shipped. The next notice I received was "cancelled". After weeks I learned that there was no shipment and my payment refunded. I took my trip needing this tank.

I ordered and paid for a Europe GPS. The package arrived in a damage condition. It had clearly been opened. A support bracket was missing so the GPS could not be used. Two emails were ignored and phone contact was/is impossible as they are not manned. my order number is 8196523850912430. Michael

I received a pair of pants I ordered and they were in very poor condition. The seam where the button would normally fit through to clasp the pants together and sinch my waist is stitched/sewn together so I couldn’t wear them. I tried to wear them despite of this with the belt but since the top of the pants couldn’t be tightened to my waist, the zipper would keep unzipping. The pants are completely unwearable. I tried returning but it wouldn’t let me because it wouldn’t allow me access to upload photos. I’ve tried multiple times and it didn’t work but now it’s saying it’s past the expiry date. I’m very displeased with the product and the service. I also didn’t get an eyeliner pen I had ordered. I tried reaching out to them on a live chat and hope to hear back because these pants were expensive and I would still like to return them. I couldn’t find a phone number or email online anywhere. Only found a website where it had me register again and create a new account but wouldn’t let me login into my current account, which led me nowhere. I’m not very hopeful that I will get a reply with how little I’ve seemed to find on how to contact them

I had a terrible experience with a recent purchase on AliExpress. I ordered two identical 24-head chandeliers, but one arrived defective with multiple issues: broken and missing glass globes, poor packaging, and incorrect product details. It even seemed like a returned item resold to me, as it had no protective film and was poorly packed. When I reached out to customer service, I was only offered a partial refund instead of a proper solution. I made it clear that I wanted to return the defective item for a full refund, but they refused to cooperate. The seller was unhelpful, and AliExpress customer support did little to resolve the situation. I’ve shopped on AliExpress before, but this experience has made me lose trust in their platform. If you receive a faulty product, be prepared for a frustrating dispute process with little support. I won’t be ordering anything expensive from AliExpress again!

If you want your items in less than 8 weeks don’t hold your breath. They never deliver on or about their advertised date of arrival.

Recently ordered an item..about 25.00 USD. Never received the item..made several calls TO ALIEXPRESS at least 6xtalked to numerous people...no management to help resolve the issue..very difficult to understand customer service people..Also was given wrong tracking number and was asked to prove that I didn't receive the item..end result....NO REFUND! I feel as though I was ripped off and cheated!

AliExpress sells through third-party merchants some of which are scammers. I ordered a $106 woodworking tool from a seller named Emercyy Store. They sent a FedEx tracking number that belonged to another order addressed to a different person. My product did not arrive. I had over a dozen back and forth communications with the seller who said they shipped me a replacement. Of course it never arrived either. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and Emercyy store submitted documentation showing that the item was delivered, which is was not. Almost 3 months after ordering and still do not have my money back.

I ordered a model aircraft from AliExpress, and I receive a bag of worthless plastic balls, I've applied for a refund but not got it yet two months later, these people are scammers, it's not worth the hassle and I've lost my money,

Dec 26th placed order for several items,one showing expected by 7th March ! No update on tracking since 18th Jan. Still no idea where it is,cust service says 'on the way' .Can't say where it is 'to 'phone courier ' and enquire with an international number,do they speak English ? No reply . So after march 7th I can request refund,assuming it will arrive at some point.10 weeks estimate !

I recently placed an order for several items, and while some were received promptly, I encountered issues with a larger purchase. Although the tracking information indicated that the items were delivered, I did not receive them. I initiated a refund process, explaining that the items were not delivered. Subsequently, I was asked to provide additional photographs to facilitate the resolution, but unfortunately, I am unable to supply images of items I do not possess. After multiple attempts to secure a refund, my request was ultimately denied. I am now facing difficulties in obtaining my funds back, which has been quite frustrating. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
