Garbage company... I placed an order 44.00 USD, they want me to send them my bank statement to approve the purchase. I make 100,000.00 a year. I will NOT send a bank statement to approve a purchase for 44.00. There are many different options.

Unfortunately AliExpress has gone downhill. My last "free return" was a fight and was only given vouchers for the postal costs, although i was entitled to a FREE RETURN! This time the boxes were squashed like a pancake with the contents loose in the packaging bag. I submit photos and am asked for more information, are they blind? They cannot see the boxes are as flat as a pancake? They cannot understand sending boxes in a flimy bag will ALWAYS get damaged? These were presents and now are just worthless to me. Then they request a photo of the unopened package and an unboxing video, seriously? Obviously i had to open the package to find they are crushed inside as I DON'T HAVE X-RAY VISION LIKE SUPERMAN! Even a 2 year old knows you cannot produce what is now ask for! I'm not going through this returns fight process anymore, which now seems standard! I'm fighting for a FULL refund this time and will close my account, never will i use AliExpress again. They say "once bitten, twice shy", now i'm gone. Maybe rebrand and lose the Express part, maybe change to AiDisputesEverything, or AliNoRefunds Update: so the product boxes are clearly damaged, the photos show that, yet they REFUSE A RETURN? What kind of cowboy outfit have they become? I've sent ANOTHER return request. Just a cowboy outfit now.

One of the turning points came when I started working with Robinson, After weeks of frustration with poor support elsewhere, I was completely stuck. But Robinson and team took the time to understand my situation, genuinely listened, and took meaningful action. They kept me in the loop with consistent updates and, in the end, helped me resolve the issue. Their support made all the difference

I was dealing with a complicated situation that left me unsure about what to do next. While researching possible solutions online, I came across Alpha Recovery that had been recommended by others. When I reached out, their prompt response and professional approach immediately stood out. They took the time to listen carefully, asked the right questions, and made sure they fully understood my concerns before offering guidance. Their clear communication and structured support helped me feel more confident about the next steps.

My recent experience with AliExpress has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to their so-called “buyer protection” and returns process. When a package was clearly not delivered by their courier partner, SpeedX, I attempted to lodge a claim through the AliExpress platform. Despite providing tracking information showing the delivery had not been completed, AliExpress rejected the claim. Instead of investigating properly, they simply redirected me back to the courier — sending me in circles between AliExpress and SpeedX with no accountability from either party. The process feels intentionally structured to exhaust the customer. You submit evidence. They reject it. They tell you to contact the courier. The courier tells you to contact AliExpress. Repeat. There is no meaningful resolution pathway — just automated responses and procedural roadblocks. For a global marketplace of this size, the lack of ownership when something goes wrong is unacceptable. When a delivery partner fails, the platform should stand behind the transaction. Instead, the responsibility is pushed entirely onto the customer. The experience honestly leaves you feeling like the old saying applies — “go suck a lemon.” That’s exactly how it feels when you have a genuine issue with AliExpress. I would strongly caution anyone relying on their buyer protection policies. When everything goes smoothly, it’s fine. But if something goes wrong, be prepared for a frustrating and circular process with little genuine support.

I`ve given this company one star, otherwise I can`t write a review, but would rate as zero. They sent completely the wrong item. Their website makes it as difficult as possible to complain and attempt refund. Trying to communicate with them over a problem is nearly impossible. Will never use again. Suggest you don`t either.

Disaster!!!! They have decided to collect all orders from different senders into one order and then send it to you. This is causing the value of single order to be high and thus you have to pay import taxes. With ttaxes goods are more expensive then If i would by them in shop in Serbia. I will never use Aliexpress again!!!!!!!!!!

A critical security failure left my account locked and €1,200,450 in assets in jeopardy. I had tried for weeks to navigate the issue on my own, only to face repeated delays and confusion. Barbara Hunt immediately took charge, conducting a thorough review and pinpointing the vulnerability within hours. Her swift and professional action restored my access and reinforced my account with robust protections. What impressed me most was her patience and ability to clearly explain each step, turning what initially felt overwhelming into a manageable, secure process. Barbara’s support was truly transformative.

AFTER AROUND 10 YEARS ON ALIEXPRESS – NO MORE After many years of shopping on AliExpress I no longer trust them. AliExpress now have dreadful and unethical customer service. In the past I was a fan of AliExpress having purchased probably tens of thousands of pounds worth of items over the years I have been purchasing items on there. AliExpress used to be a safe place to shop and if you received an item that was sub standard it was a simple thing to raise a return and provide a suitable description and back it up with photos. Unfortunately, more recently, I have received several items items that were definitely and clearly not as described in the written description or photographs. Unfortunately, things have recently radically changed because descriptions and photos are now no longer enough to return a misrepresented item from a scam seller. These days, AliExpress will often bounce back a request for a return by asking for a video of you opening the package when it arrived which is absolutely ludicrous. If you failed to video yourself opening a package, then tough, you can't return the dodgy item – you have bought it and you are stuck with it. Another typical response is that even then, they often come back with a response with something like it's a special or seasonal item or they still cannot determine what you mean from the info you have provided, so your return request is rejected. Basically, THEY WILL RUN YOU RAGGED UNTIL YOU GIVE UP. One of their other tactics is that if you have not responded to requests for more information within 24 hours, they will reject and close your claim. This is what they will write: “Waiting for your response After review, your submitted material doesn't quite meet the necessary requirements. We suggest that you resubmit within 24 hours based on the suggestions, or it could affect the outcome of your dispute.” The sneaky thing is that this message only exists on AliExpress – THEY DON'T ALERT YOU TO THIS REQUEST BY EMAIL. Therefore, if you fail to see the message (that's what they want), they just close your return after 24 hours and you are stuck with a dodgy or defective item. It's all very sneaky unethical behaviour. They are on the side of the scammer – not you, the buyer. No matter how many hoops you jump through for them – you are completely wasting your time – you have been had by a scam seller and AliExpress have no interest in helping you. Even if you do try and respond to their ongoing requests, another big obstacle they place on iPhone users is that AliExpress will not allow you to upload an iPhone video, so you then have to somehow get them converted into another format that AliExpress will allow. If you receive a bad item – hard luck – “Customer Service” will waste your time with more and more requests until you give up. Ten years ago AliExpress was OK. Today it's become a hit and miss risk to buy anything on there. If you have never shopped on AliExpress then DON'T BOTHER – it's a gamble that the goods will be as they were described in the listing and if the goods are not as described then tough – YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. ONCE ALIEXPRESS WAS OK – NOW THEY ARE VERY VERY BAD.

The "First-Time Buyer Warning" Review "As a first-time customer, my experience with AliExpress has been incredibly misleading. I bought an item for less than £4 that was explicitly labeled with 'Free Returns.' However, when I tried to return it, I was told I would have to pay the postage myself. The return shipping actually costs more than the item is worth. To make matters worse, I was told a refund wasn't even guaranteed—they would 'decide' whether to accept it only after they received it. When I reached out to customer service to highlight how ridiculous this was, I was met with scripted, repetitive answers. Even my request to log a formal complaint was completely ignored. If you’re a new buyer, be warned: 'Free Returns' is often a myth and the support is dreadful. I won’t be using them again."
