VORSICHT! Kundenservice im Problemfall ist enttäuschend. Obwohl AliExpress mit 90 Tagen kostenloser Rückgabe und Garantie wirbt, soll ich einen defekten Rasierer (Wert: 17 €) auf eigene Kosten für 30 € nach China zurückschicken. Das macht die beworbene Garantie nutzlos. Der Kundenservice von AliExpress hat keinerlei Interesse daran, Probleme zu lösen. Trotz aller Versuche erhalte ich nur Standardantworten, die von einer Rückgabe ablenken sollen. Bestellnummer: 3055264420357389

AliExpress claims easy and quick resolutions to issues. The shipper posted on the tracker non-delivery of item because ..."recipient refused to sign" for this $11 package. I have never had to sign for packages in the past. I am lucky if AliExpress packages are tossed onto the porch. After several emails back and forth, with repeated AI boilerplate responses, i.e., please send more evidence, AliExpress closed my dispute as "completed." I filed a dispute with my CC and they resolved the issue within hours.

My worst online experience ever. The package came torn open and of course the hardware screws were missing. I only asked for screws resent and they do not have such service. I am stuck with the item without assembling hardware. Temu is way better.

They don't refund bad orders. I've been testing them out for 2 months now, and their refunds policy is horrible. They constantly send wrong/damaged products. CONSTANTLY!!!! still not been refunded

Still having bad experience with Ali Express!! Cancelled my order as it was supposed to be here 070125, recieved message would not be here until 100125, i cancelled the order and the seller keeps reinstating order and Ali Express is giving me the run around! I guess because it was 200 dollar purchase!! Absolutly a disgrace!!

Awful user experience I ordered a ceiling lamp for $150 that arrived with a delay of several weeks and was also damaged, with some critical parts missing. AliExpress rejected my request for a refund. I tried to appeal with no success either.

I returned a product that was of poor quality. They promised a refund including for the postage. I used royal mail tracking service. The refused to refund me any money saying the royal mail wasn't adequate proof of postage, and closed my case.. it is only after when checking reviews that I see this is a common complaint with them. I will now delete their app and block them!!!!!!

I bought an electric scooter from Mankeel’s official store on AliExpress. After just 10 months, it stopped working. Since it came with a 1-year warranty, I contacted the seller. They requested a video showing the defect, which I sent — clearly showing that the scooter does not turn on. Despite this, they told me the proof was “not effective,” without giving any reason why. I specifically asked customer service why the proof was denied, but they gave no explanation. It felt very suspicious — as if they only asked for proof just to say it wasn’t good enough no matter what. It didn’t even seem like they watched it. What’s worse is that they dragged the process out until the return period expired — which they then used to justify closing the case. This makes the entire process feel intentionally dishonest. If the return period is over, then the "effectiveness" of the proof should not even be relevant — the product is still under warranty, and I followed their instructions exactly. On top of that, I contacted AliExpress customer service 6 times. Several times, they simply ended the chat without answering my questions. The support feels completely fake — they don’t actually help, they just delay and close the case. When I finally got a response, it was vague and unhelpful. No one took responsibility or explained anything. I strongly advise against shopping on AliExpress. If something goes wrong, neither the seller nor AliExpress will support you — even if your case is valid and you're within the warranty period. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unfair.
