Although there are for sure also honest sellers, because of its customer protection policy that protects only sellers, AliExpress has turned into an excellent scam and fraud platform. If you pay for something, you can only hope that what you ordered will actually arrive, because otherwise you would simply lose your money. There is no protection, and customer support will do everything to prevent you from getting a refund. Although all delivery deadlines have long passed, they told me several times to wait a few more days, and at the end they finally closed my case with the explanation "this request has exceeded the AliExpress protection period". Pure fraud. Avoid.

Complete and total scam! I tried to order twice and waited months for my product and received nothing. Don't waste your time!

Buyer Protection is a lie. Never believe in Buyer Protection. They just lie. If they required to return the package, don't. Because the seller on aliexpress leaves an address that does not go to their mailbox, but stops at the postal warehouse. And in the end Aliexpress does not refund because the package was not delivered. Then you lose both the package and shipping costs. I said goodbye to Aliexpress and don't want to buy anymore from that fraudulent website.

AliExpress is NOT SAFE. Their 'Buyer Protection' is NOT REAL. If you buy from them, you may get your item, but you may also loose your money with no real recourse. In my case the items never arrived. The USPS tracking info clearly showed that the items were never revived from the international carrier, and therefor never delivered to me. I went through claims process, providing detailed links, screenshots and information. The seller refused the claim, saying I should contact he Post Office. On appeal to the so called 'Buyer Protection', they summarily denied the claim, with no real explanation or opportunity for me to respond. I contacted customer service , which was a drawn out ordeal over chat (the only option). The chat took almost and hour as they are really slow, and I could not leave my computer since the session times out every 3 minutes if you do not keep clicking to keep it alive. In the end the woman said she would put in a request for a refund. I then quickly got another e-mail saying I was not getting a refund and I should 'contact the post office'. So, the site is legitimate, in that you may receive real items . But its is NOT SAFE - if anything goes wrong AliExpress is not interested in making it right. Be prepared to LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered something in April. Delivery date was 4th June. Still not received. Ordered something on 2nd June from another company and the same country and I have just received my parcel. So please avoid AliExpress at all costs

This is a no rules no monitoring no security site where sometimes you might get something and other times you might get nothing with zero ability to get your money back stay clear of this Chinese junk site

I’m AliExpress’s platinum member because of too much shopping on AliExpress. But, I have no choice to stop buying from AliExpress because of no refund of undelivered order. I think, eBay is the best at the moment as I have used eBay Shopping for many years in the past.

Purchased Item not Received Item ordered don't arrive, raised disputes but aliexpress sides with seller. Seller keeps telling me to check with local post office. I went to post office twice. What's distressing is AliExpress's lack of support for the buyer. Extremely poor customer service, ineffective buyer protection and no refund. When you open a dispute they don't read the information you provide at all, This businesses use design to trick or trap us with a convoluted, multi-step process that's misleading.

Customer service is really bad. I bought a lamp that did not work for more than 200$. I filed a complaint. They asked me to send a video and not even 48hrs after the close my case because I did not send it yet. I thought they would give me the time to do the video at the day light. Now, I need to through away a more than 200$. I will never buy anything anymore on this site.

I ordered a duel sims i14 pro phone to use on two different services. The sent me a i11 pro duel sims phone that sells cheaper than what I purchased. Wanted me to pay to send back. If I was dumb enough to do it .they would have gotten the phone back for free and would not paid me or refunded my money.spend you're money in the USA.

They are not responsible if packages were lost on the way. No refunds! I’ve been trying to remove my account, and wasn’t able to do it. The final Delete button is dead. 🤷‍♀️ Cheaters!

I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE. FILED REFUND REQUEST THEY DENIED SAYING I JUST HAVE TO PICKUP THE PACKAGE. WAS IN THE POST OFFICE 3 TIMES NOTHING ARRIVED! I WILL FILE A DISPUTE IN MY BANK! I WILL NEVER BUY ON ALI EXPRESS AGAIN AS THEY DO NOT CARE! I DONT HAVE TO PAY BAD CHOICE OF BUSINESS PARTNERS BY THE STORE MYSELF!!!

A scam from the seller and AE All fun and games until you get a horrible item. The will do eveything in their power to waste your time so that you give up returning or getting a refund. The sellers always win the dispute, don't waste your time on such a cheap website it's not worth it.

AliExpress avoid at all cost, they are a bunch of thieves. Missleading advertising and their customers service is non existent. And tools depot store one of their suppliers avoid, they are a bunch of scammers. I know I should not have trusted a Chinese sellers.

IT’S ANNOYING. YOUR BBB RATING IS F. YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMERS!!! Okay, I’m out about $60 dollars and reading the other complaints that is nothing to the $1,500 to 8k people are out by Ali Express. I ordered Disney items for vacation. ALI Express they combined my orders. Okay CHARGE ME 3 TIMES IN SHIPPING FEES AND LOSE MY ORDER. Thank you, Sir may I have another. I was in the app all day long and I notice that they ship my order to the WRONG ADDRESS! THEIR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT JUST PUT THE 2ND LINE ON THE LABEL not the first- and second line. MINOR DETAIL. I contact the seller right away and they blamed ME for the wrong address. Sorry I didn’t know that I was working for your shipping department. I went down to my local Post Office told them what happen. I hear the Postmaster in his office yell “Was that stuff from Ali Express?”. Dang he is good, so what is tonight winning lottery numbers buddy? I said “yes, they had the wrong address.” He told me he gets tons of packages with wrong addresses from them and that he sends it all back including my order. The Postmaster sent my order back not me never saw the package or wouldn’t be out $60. You look the order tracking info it clearly says, “return to sender, insufficient address”. I explain “I have more packages coming shipped wrong address”. He says, “I need your id.” Really carding me for a Pluto shirt. I said “ok”. I give him my id. He was able to send me the other packages with the wrong address. Now a word from Ali Express App, THEY SUCK A 5-YEAR-OLD CAN DO BETTER!! So, the tracking part of their App, says package it’s in NY and no update since 4/21. But the app is having technical issues to check back later. hmm tech issues over a month? I thought my IT department sucked! So, I go in and dispute the order and say NEVER RECEIVED! Pretty clean cut. ONLY TO FIND OUT 4 HOURS LATER THEIR SELLERS WILL GO INTO YOUR ORDER AND CLOSE THE ORDER STATING NO REFUND!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!! I KNOW YOUR GAME! WTF!? Let me get it straight, I don’t get the order and you keep my money?? ON WHAT PLANET!!! THIS IS THEFT!! BBB WAKE UP!! Ali Express is proud of their F rating! Now let’s go into the App and hit the headset top right corner. Yeah, I found help! Go Me Go ME! Only to see a screen come up with a bunch of questions. Okay I pick this question they all go to the next screen. So, pick ANY question you want it doesn’t matter. A question comes up asking you if the help you got was helpful? Avoid AliExpress at all cost. Their suppliers are a bunch of thieves, misleading advertising so they can scam you. Also AliExpress is useless to deal with if you have a problem. The last time I will buy anything from a Chinese sellers.

I buy for resale and have done over 100 orders with AE sellers, some quite large, over the last several years. You must be careful with new sellers and read customer reviews carefully. There are scammers but I have had no serious trouble. Every order has arrived eventually. All are packed well. A few lemons but most all good. It's a valuable resource for me.

weeks for a package to get delivered, I was given an estimated delivery time and it never came, I contacted the seller and only when I contacted the seller, he told me the item was out of stock, if an item is out of stock how is it in the middle of delivery, what exactly is being sent if its out of stock??to me that means it was never sent out and you had a customer waiting more than a month without any communication,I shouldn't have to contact the seller if my package is late , I contacted customer service and they were no help at all they kept saying I'm just customer service I'm not the seller, I asked to just be refunded and I'm still getting the runaround

Bought a couple of different items from different sellers. Aliexpress put them in two packages only and send me a track and trace. TT shows delivered and signed for. Never gotten anything, even though I have been home all day, AND talked to the postman, because he gave me mail from former resident. One of the sellers ended up sending a link for package id (link wasnt functional) and a contact nr for the carrier (tlf nr was outdated, and out of use for over a year). This is clearly a scam.

Scammers. Pure and simple. And the worst customer service ever. Someone has opened a fake account under my name and sends me fake packages for 6 months. Contacted them several times and they do nothing. I get 5-10 packages - all fake every week. They do not respond and do nothing. I can't order anything online because if i do, i will need to go to the post office every day to collect their fake packages. Go do your shopping online in other websites!
