I had my Coinbase wallet wiped out in a single transaction. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get a hold of Coinbase support Teams. This transaction emptied out all my Ethereum and Bitcoin. This was not me and I needed help after losing roughly 821,000 dollars. I went to the police to file a report and they also failed to help me. A gentleman at the stiction walked up to me and handed me a note that contained an Email address (lisaellzabet 662 @ gm ail . com) and this number(+1 301 658 0921) he told me this recovery company could help me. And truly after getting in touch them and submitting every documentation within 72 hours i got a mail she was able to recover all my funds and also revealed the men behind the dirty act. I wish to let everyone know that it is possible to get your money back if you contact the right person and follow instructions

Worst ecommerce platform. They favour their chinese sellers. Make it almost impossible to dispute. Then buyer guarantee is a LIE. They give you 3 days to find what was the logistics company, contact the shipping company, get in writing from them that you never received the item. I spent 10 days and over 100 messages for my $500 lost item. Seller doesnt understand English and keeps on sending same message over and over again. NO HELP NO SUPPORT You are on your own.

Review of AliExpress: Order 3035783677923258 I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with my order for an Electric Car Lithium Battery from AliExpress, and I feel it’s important to share my concerns. I ordered what was advertised as a 100A battery, but the item I received does not match that description at all. The battery I got has a significantly lower capacity (10A or less), and the weight difference is alarming. A genuine 100A battery typically weighs between 17 and 40 kg, whereas the one I received weighs only about 3.6 kg. This is a clear case of misleading advertising. I returned the item at my own expense, under the assumption that the seller would reimburse me for this cost, as instructed by AliExpress. The return package, tracked under CO971615418RO, was sent on August 1, 2024, and reached Chinese customs by August 20, 2024. According to the Postal Office, customs delays are common when the seller needs to complete necessary paperwork and coordinate with customs. However, my package appears to be stuck there, and I have not received any response from the seller regarding its retrieval. This situation raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of the transaction. I activated the "buyer protection option" and reached out for assistance multiple times, speaking with representatives like Hazel and Xira, who assured me that my issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Unfortunately, nothing has happened, and I remain skeptical that I will ever receive my funds back. In summary, I feel that this entire experience has been a scam. You pay for a 100A battery only to receive a 10A battery—or worse. The stark weight difference is a key indicator of this deception. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering purchasing batteries from AliExpress. Approach with extreme caution!

Aliexpress did not care when the seller told me to get customer service to assist on the refund by even giving the screenshot of the seller chat. Aliexpress simply give excuses like not enough evidence or evidence not good enough and still ask me to laise with seller which i did with lots of videos prior. If the buyer like me get a faulty item or item does not work as stated, we got no help. Better use other ecommerce BPplatform ever possible.

The site is full of sellers who run one kind of scam or another, from counterfeit products to fake shipping/tracking notices. When (not if) this happens on your order, AliExpress will not help. Their claims process is stacked against the purchaser and no amount of evidence will get you your money back. AliExpress not only enables this fraud, they actually encourage it - they only care about getting their cut from the transaction. In my case, I was able to get my money back for the item that I was scammed on because I used PayPal for the purchase and won my dispute on that claim. Bottom line - buying from AliExpress is as good as flushing money down the toilet. Just don't do it.

I also lost about $178,000 to a fake binary option website but I am here sharing my experience so as to enlighten people that is losing money or has lost money to a scam binary options and fake ICOs However, I have been able to recover 70% of my money in one month i lost to the scammers with the help of a recovery professional called Alaxi victim, I am pleased to inform everyone that has lost money to scam. It seems that Ali express doesn't do anything about stores that sell products that are not as advertised. I made a purchase and the seller sent 3 different tracking numbers all of which did nothing. So after 3 weeks I applied for a refund. Again I waited ten days and explained also that I was concerned that due to the sellers behavior, I was worried about what I would recieve if my order actually got sent. Ali express chose to side with the seller as they finally provided a tracking number that worked and showed the item as being finally shipped some 30 days after I ordered it. Since then, the seller has recieved 8 reviews of 1 star indicating the seller has sold items that were not as item advertised. So I know when my item arrives it too will be not what was advertised. Yet, Ali express does nothing to the store owner and they are allowed to continue to fraudulently sell items not as advertised and rack up the cash. I wonder if Ali express is in cahoots with these stores?

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars as I feel 1 is already too much for this company. I ordered a birthday present for my wife with a coupon. I waited for 2 weeks, only to get to know on the day before her birthday that my order was cancelled, without any reason. But then the actual bad thing happened. I contacted the customer desk as my coupon was also gone. I asked to put it back on my account so I can at least use it for another order. They told me this is not possible, because it can be only used on the first order. Worst customer experience ever!! Customer loyality need to be earned AliExpress! If you don’t understand this easy but effective rule, trust me you will be off market very soon!

Horrible experience. Ordered a 12lbs piece of lawn equipment. Got shipment notification and a FedEx tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number was stolen and not for my shipment. The proof of delivery of this package had a picture of a book labeled at 1 lbs and not at my house. Remember , I ordered a 12 lbs object. Ali keeps using this as a reason not to refund me.

I am so sorry I didn't read the reviews before hand. Aliexpress likes to take orders for products that are not in stock. After you have paid them, they write you a week later and say "Sorry dear friend, we are out of stock." Then you have to apply for a refund. The question is, "Will this refund ever come". This company has no integrity.

I ordered several products from different sellers on aliexpress, aliexpress made me two large packages with several products, when they arrived at their destination, I received two letters from customs to pay 100 lira VAT, VAT that I have paid when buying the products directly at aliexpress, because I am an honest man and I wanted the products, I made the two payments to receive the products, after receiving them I asked the people from aliexpress to return the VAT paid to them, they refused! How did things go until we receive the answer, we will not return the money! I entered the chat section on aliexpress, there I spoke with a person and explained the situation to her, she in turn forwarded my request to I don't know which department, the respective department sent me an email asking me to send them the documents to certify the payments, I sent the documents and they answered me (the records sent are not accepted, I closed the case) since that moment no one answers the email, of course I sent a replay to solve the problem but no one answers anymore, after which I repeated the whole process about 5-8 times the same answers, each time the people from the chat section told me to be calm and patient that it would be resolved and I would get my money back, just plain lies they make fun of the buyers) in other words, they are thieves and no one does anything against them! I will not stop here, I will do everything possible to recover my money! this means having common sense and respect in this world (you end up suffering)!

I was on Ali express and was looking for a DIY drone kit, I had purchased and realised that I had only bought the frame. I wanted to enquire on how to get a refund for my product, and so I reached out to customer support who told me how to do it. This is where the problems begin: I tried to log in to my account on the app so I didn’t lose the help tab, and when I tried to log in it wasn’t working it said something along the lines of ‘we are too busy, try again later’, something along those lines which is weird when trying to login to a service? I informed the customer support agent of this, but she knew of my email and the order number. Before consulting me, she proceeds to make the refund for me to which I was told it would be made to my bank account (arriving 1-10 days). Little did I know it wasn’t refunded to my bank account, as I later checked and it said ‘refunded to bonus’. I didn’t know until then that Ali express had a ‘refund to bonus’ or ‘refund to bank’. This is something that the customer service could’ve made me aware of before doing the refund, to make sure that I knew of this as it is my money that she was moving around. I then opened a case to say that I had been lied to, and it had been done on behalf without any authorisation from me as the process wasn’t even mentioned. I asked that they would move the money from the bonus to my bank, as I would’ve liked. They opened the case with the higher team, who tell me that ‘sorry we can’t deal with this case as you made the refund and you chose the bonus option’ which is simply not true, as it was the customer agent. 6 times I reach out and ask the same thing each time explaining it with receipts, and each time I receive the same automated response via email that completely neglects my question, and I’m wondering if it is even a human responding to me. Today I called as I found they had a hotline service, and I spoke to a lady who told me they can’t do anything about it as they ‘can’t make the transaction’. Later on, I decided to open this case with consumer rights and my bank. They are currently investigating and I URGE YOU NOT TO USE ALIEXPRESS! All in all it was a terrible experience, and they are extremely unprofessional with a poor customer service team.
