My last two orders have had problems. 60 days and still waiting for boat hooks to be delivered. And the trousers I ordered came after a long wait but were the wrong size I ordered size 38 and was sent size 36. the cost of sending them back makes it uneconomical.and the time is taken between putting an order in and receiving the goods could make any dispute last for half a year.
