I'm a regular buyer from this Aliexpress website, they have a rubbish policy when you ask for refund. some time the sellers send wrong and much cheaper products instead the ones I ordered, when you ask for refund, the aliexpress will ask you to return to a Chinese address to get refund, and they don't pay the return postage, and postage from UK to China are very expensive, mostly I won't be able to get refund.. My last order (Order No: 8117937031499301), I bought 10 items, 6 of them are broken, I asked to refund these 6 items, then aliexpress made decision ask me to return to China again. I won't return it because I have to pay expensive postage, just to warn anyone about these from Aliexpress Policies. and I can't appeal, nowhere to complaint. but I may try to ask my bank to help to get the refund.
