Zero customer service. They protect fraudulent sellers and put incredible amounts of friction to get any help at all. You will waste your time talking to a robot, which is incredibly disrespectful to their customer's time. There is no human behind the customer service. An unscrupulous seller scammed me with the shipping costs (he combined shipping but charged me as non-combined), but Aliexpress made it impossible to contact them.
