Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I bought an item worth 300$ and the seller never delivered it and asked me to cancel the order. It shows as delivered but in reality they could not send the item. After 6 months I still have not received a refund and Aliexpress offers no help whatsoever. I contacted them million times but to no avail.
