I've been a long time customer of Aliexpress and can safely say that they have an anti consumer policy in place. Not only is it impossible to contact Customer Service but more often than not Aliexpress will go against the buyer in case of a dispute with a seller.
For example i ordered a Braze torch and after a 3 month wait i received a Laser Level. I contacted them, i provided evidence of the mistake and demanded a refund or for the correct item ro be sent.
Aliexpress denied my claim saying that the package wasn't empty......!!!!!! You didn't read it wrong........I told them that i had received the wrong item and they answered that the package wasn't empty. Did they use Google translate to read my message?
Anyway they're untrustworthy and not a platform i intent on using ever again .
