My daughter placed an order and never received it. She reached out to the company to inquire. They asked her if she paid for it and to prove it, she sent the information from the bank showing no longer pending but completely processed. THEY COMPLETELY GHOSTED on her. You can see they read the messages but never replied. I had to contact the bank. Not a happy momma.
