The way Aliexpress treats their customers is horrible. I ordered a "Bearings Puller" 3 months ago and never received it. The timer counting down the days left ,until delivery , reached zero and i opened a dispute asking for refund in accordance with their buyer protection policy. Eventhough they aknowledged there was a logistics problem they refused to reimburshe me. Instead they asked me to wait 5 more days which is unacceptable considering that i've been waiting for so long. They don't follow their own rules and that's a sign of a bad business.
