Pretty Diary Official Store - I ordered a 16” wig, what came was more like a 14”. It looked nothing like the photo. Opened a dispute with them, was advised by them to keep item as it would be expensive to send this back. I paid £12 to send it back, but only got a partial refund back which took nearly 2 months to be refunded, so I have lost money on this item. I will not be buying again as this is not a good promotion for this site. Unhappy customer 😕😕😕
