I bought a Bayblade arena (Tot) for my kid in november 2020 from the seller Mother and Child. I choose to paid more for the shipping to get eparcel 15-20 days to be sure it arrive before christmas. As for today ( march 3, 2021) i haventreceive the parcel yet. I tried to communicate twice with the seller but only got shitty automatic reply telling me to have a happy life. The seller keep telling me to be patient and add more and more time to their protection thing. That prevent the buyers to take actions against them. I opened a dispute with Aliexpress and only got a follow up after a month. Aliexpress choose to side with the seller saying the parcel was still in transit. I will never buy from this Website never again. Don't think its like Amazon, far from from it.
