They are back to the policy of lying and cheating!
Instead of improving customer service they are degrading it. If your goods are defective or do not arrive their support will only waste your time asking to film them videos as prove and whatever you do, they will just ask for more videos.
Avoid "70mai official store" on all cost! They send defective goods and refuse replacement.
