The seller has sent me a wrong product, and even it is an illegal product sending from Holland for hair growth. The product has no Chinese language, no licence of product, and no date of epiration, no bar code.
First, the aliexpress made a decision to refund me, then another decosion that I should returning the item. It is not legal process.The shop is hair online shop, I checked all their products at the Chinese Medical and Cosmetics Administration, there is no legal product in this shop. Aliexpress still support this kinds of business.
