no customer support - no more direct contact! - just boots solving a problem takes ages, if ever gets solved!.
I have an issue with a dispute and I am trying now for couple of days to solve it.
Their agents are no longer available for live chat and you have to wait 24h to receive a few lines on email - that usually do not solve your issue.
a nightmare. i will probably loose my money with them
