Ordered an external blu-ray burner and when it arrived, it doesn't say blu-ray anywhere on the drive, it doesn't recognize Blu-ray Discs, when playing a dvd it is recognized but there's something wrong with the optical reader so half the screen is corrupted distorting the display with long colored bars.
When to complain and they won't allow me to enter a dispute without stating that the drive arrived in good condition. It did not and arrived as the wrong product and the product that was delivered is defective.
