Not so much AliExpress themselves but the buck stops with them as no way to redress with their seller and no means of complaint that I can see. Ordered a VVDI Mini Key programmer and transponder chips from locksmith-keys Store on 28th March. Order cancelled without any notice on 15th April. Previously purchased four LED light bulbs from Liang Store. Great bulbs but three of the four failed within 6 weeks. I've had many great transactions with aliexpress sellers but recent experience has shown that there is no proper complaints process and the feedback option disappears very quickly.
