The customer service is horribile, I bought an electric bike worth 1400 dollars and after two months the frame broke. I contacted the seller and the seller asked me to pay to his paypal for shipment cost, then I contacted the customer service where they said I shouldn't pay for the shipment, the seller got angry about the situation, Aliexpress customer service agent she requested a warranty refunds - after 10 days no news no emails - I contacted again the customer service - another warranty request - been waiting for oher 20 days - no emails and no news, they will only waste your time and money.
