Failure to deliver goods to buyer and the customer service ask the buyer to show evidence!!! Ridiculous!
I am not talking about the quality of the item. Once there is any problem, you won't get help from the customer service. DONT believe the "open dispute", "90 days buyer protection" ....., all of these things are useless.
In Aliexpress, you pay less for a cheap product or even nothing at all!
