Waited more than 1 month for the goods. Did not receive it. Raised Refund Dispute but platform asked for photo evidence (Of what when I didn't receive anything?). Seller claims its delivered but cannot provide any photo proof or even parcel ID, just a link to a delivery company and ask me to enquire, but without any parcel ID given. Aliexpress order ID doesnt work. How smart and honest they are. The store calls themselves "Official Insta360 Stores" which is highly dubious. Now I learnt my lesson to not buy things from unofficial stores to save a few bucks. Thinking maybe aliexpress store might the original manufactures. So wrong. There is no buyer protection, good luck!
