Same as many: ordered an item worth +/- 25€: the courier is a total scammer, Ali Express doesn´t refund you and dare to tell you to go to the post office (when the courier is private and is NEVER reachable - they´re MOX in Spain) I never received my parcel nor my money and Ali Express closed the dispute. I am disgusted by such service and swore to never order again with them. Like some wrote elsewhere: if it´s a small order fine, but don´t put too much money in it because if anything goes wrong say goodbye to your cash...
