They can do whatever they want. First they promise free returns within 15 days no matter what the issue. Then they change that overnight by limiting 3 returns per customer 🥴 then they force you to spend your own money to return or else you are stuck with that product. The platform and seller plays table tennis with the buyer sending them back and forth like a ball. The seller can be rude to you cause you went to buy their product and AliExpress has no say in it. Seller intentionally provides return address in their native language which is not acceptable in USA for shipping yet AliExpress has nothing to say (solve with seller we are here to take your money only attitude). Upon requesting AliExpress to help get the English return address they reply “if you don’t return the product within time frame we’ll give your money to seller. ‘Your problem seller not giving you return address and we will not do anything except taking your money’”. Not to mention the AliExpress experts that probably don’t speak English nor do understand and are expert in auto response no matter what you are saying. They are also expert in fake promising. In short AliExpress is here to take your money. You got a problem your problem, they are here to take your money that’s it! So do yourself a favor keep your money to yourself 😅
