Purchased Item not Received
Item ordered don't arrive, raised disputes but aliexpress sides with seller. Seller keeps telling me to check with local post office. I went to post office twice. What's distressing is AliExpress's lack of support for the buyer. Extremely poor customer service, ineffective buyer protection and no refund. When you open a dispute they don't read the information you provide at all, This businesses use design to trick or trap us with a convoluted, multi-step process that's misleading.
