I placed an order and received only part of the item, buyer protection refused any sort of refund. Gave it another chance and bought some lights, received an email at 4.30am saying goods were delivered, I was still asleep. Tried putting in for a refund and then gave up. Lucky I paid with Paypal who refunded my money within minutes.
Wouldnt bother with Ali Express, the only express is quickly getting your money....
