Furthermore, the seller informed me that this was not considered a physical product under this purchase. Regrettably, this puts me in a difficult situation as I cannot apply for a refund, given the expectation of a shipped product from the store. This experience has left me dissatisfied, as the received is clearly not in line with the description provided during the purchase. I feel deceived by this outcome.
