I ordered a hat but it was just way too small for my head (it was an adult unisex hat). I tried to get a refund and sent them a picture of the hat sitting on top of my head (I couldn't pull it down any further). My refund was refused. It shouldn't be this difficult to get your money back if you are unhappy with your product, stay away from this website.
