Ali is anything but express. I ordered a Car radio and was told before ordering that it would take 10 days to reach me even though it was coming from China. I felt that was aggressive but achievable if the item left China immediately after the order. 10 days later I find out that it still hasn't left China and they were waiting for some information from me which was never requested when they took my order and my money. They have some make believe customer service review that I requested cancel the order since it was still in China but they refused to cancel. Now I have to wait to receive the unit just to return it on my dime. Their prices are good but its buyer beware. And I am still waiting for what I paid for just to have to attempt to return it.
