Product got caught in customs because it's a medical device (inidividuals are not allowed to import it) and the seller sent it as a nail polisher. Even if you provide proofs, they will keep repeating it is just a delay and it is your responsibility to customs clear it and pay the tax. Even the seller agrees that i will be reimbursed but he does nothing to help. They just ignore whatever proof you bring (sms and emails exchanged with customs) and will repeat the same : currently your product has a delay. It was supposed to arrive in 10 days. It's been a month that it is held in customs and it will not pass for sure.
