For item not arrived thei tracking showed "arrived at local delivery center". My local post office tracking showed the package still out of the country.
Credit as per purchase protection was denied.
For evidence, tracking was not enough for them, they wanted a carrier certificate that the package was NOT delivered.
As we all know, carriers only give proof of delivery (not of no delivery).
So reimbursement was denied because I could not prove I am not an ...elephant!
