I’ve ordered many things from Ali Express and had mixed results. Things are cheap but you do get what you pay for in quality.
I’ve had several cases of items not arriving for which getting a refund is very difficult. My last purchase offered free returns, which I used returning following the directions on the site. The item was received but no refund issued. No opportunity to dispute this and no option to speak to anyone. Be prepared to loose money and receive no support!
