Beware of Aliexpress when buying products from them. I placed an order for a PC mouse in October 2023, and up till now I haven't received it. Despite the seller (Store Nr.1102600091) assuring a 10-day delivery for the item, the tracking information indicates that the mouse is still at the DHL depot. The seller is advising me to be patient, suggesting that it might arrive at some point. I contacted DHL, and they told me that it might have been lost. According to the policy of Aliexpress I have to wait six months before I can get a refund. There is nothing I can do in that case.
