I ordered 3 items. Gold cake knife and server, received a stainless steel with a clear plastic handle. I ordered 12 cake forks with a dragon fly on the handle and received 12 forks with starfishes. The 3rd order was right.
I contacted customer service and got absolutely no results. It is just wrong.
