I have contacted them several times about several orders. The information on their website for the shipping company is incorrect. The phone number DOES NOT EXIST. The shipping company claimed they called me on a certain date to deliver the package and I have screenshots of my phone log that shows they NEVER called me. The WEBSITE PROVIDE ON ALIEXPRESS for the shipping company does NOT recognize the Tracking number. I messaged AliExpress over their app many times with screenshots to prove all the above. Finally someone gives me the address and phone number of the shipping company (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from AliExpress app.) I call them and the do NOT recognize the tracking number. So I have no legitimate Tracking number. I have phone numbers that either DO NOT WORK or does not have my package information. Here's the kicker. The shop I bought it from wants to give me a refund. But AliExpress is NOT giving that option to either of us. SO SHOP WANTS TO REFUND BUT ALIEXPRESS REFUSES. DO NOT SHOP FROM THERE. Buy from Tiki, buy from Lazada, buy from SHIEN. I have NEVER had problems with buying from them directly. Aliexpress has not delivered and REFUSES to give a refund. Even if the shop that you purchased from agrees to it.
