Bad customer service. They suggest you to select the option with the defective order tgat cannot be found on any platform of AliExpress. The more frustrating is that they did not take care to their apps and what the customers provided as an evidences. Buy some a dollar-products is okay but
more than 2 dollars I would not suggest, if yoi don't have to deal with possibilities to recieved the defective items and get no refunds.
